We had a great experience installing new hardwood floor and stairs with Gracious Hardwood Flooring. Their representatives were very knowledgeable. We got exactly what we wanted at amazing price. The quality of their workmanship was the best. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy flooring and installation as well. My thanks to all for a job well done.

Before you sign a contract, make sure you have the manager's contact info, go through all the specific details, and only deal with him. The workers are messy, irresponsible, and dishonest.They used our stuff without our consent. They started at 12 or 1 pm, and finished at 9 or 10 pm, as a result, I had complaints from my neighbors. They constantly told me Yes Sir"

This place has cheap prices and it shows in their work and service. These tiles were installed 1 year ago, and within a year they have cracked, lifted, and chipped. Issues with this business began from installation, when they delayed my installation more times than I can count, and it wasn't until I had to get frustrated with them did they send someone in. After that I posted a 1 star review, which they later asked me to remove. I am posting it again and not removing it this time because anyone considering this business should spend a bit more money somewhere else, or you will be paying way more for redos. I told them in the beginning of summer (6 months after tiles installation) that the tiles have cracked and chipped and they told me they would renew them for me and that they were re ordering these exact tiles. Call after call, they stopped responding and now I am paying someone else to come fix them. Ive attached these images as proof that this is the end result of their installation and tiles. They are tiring to deal with, and I've become exhausted so I just gave up. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and friends who have asked me about them I have turned them away from them because I don't want the same to happen to them. avoid this business, they only care about the money. no one here knows how to run a company or gain customer loyalty. they have horrible contractors, and horrible service. if I could give them -5 stars, I would gladly.

I was recommended by a friend of mine to Gracious Flooring for flooring needs. Initially I was impressed by their selection and didn't bother doing my research when I look back. If you live anywhere outside of Brampton, don't bother making your purchase from Gracious.I live in Waterdown and was getting Vinyl floor installed for my entire main floor. When we were making the purchase, we were promised that since they are doing the install, they guarantee the install and will pick up any cost from damages. I even had to pay $300 for the distance on top of everything else. They hire international students to do the installs, and it shows. I even made their life easy by having the install done before moving in so they had no furniture to move around.After they left, I came across issues in their installs and have been chasing after them to get the issues fixed but it's the same excuse every time. Their excuse is because I live too far and that they keep telling their installer but they don't want to come out. Then why did I pay $300??? It's not like I live extremely far, just next to Burlington.With this level of service, don't expect them to give you any service after the transaction is complete. Make sure you go over their install before completing the transaction.I've attached only some of the pictures to show you the level of their amateur install. Some of them didn't even click into place properly and move around. Others were damaged because they pushed it too hard. Their installers are not employees but rather contractors regardless of what they try to tell you. An employee would not have an option not to go to a customer's house to fix an install, a contractor would.

Went to over 5 stores to find a the right vinyl plank floor for my family and found one here that suits my needs for a good price as well. The service was excellent and pickup was so easy I got the floor within minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent work. The tiles were installed too fast and in proper manner. They also installed hardwood which i liked the most. Wood and tiles are of good quality and fair price. Customer service was too good. My friend recommended me this store and i arrived the store from london, they treat me in very polite way and help me to choose color of wood and tiles according to my house interior.

Worst flooring done by Gracious flooring. We did flooring and stairs, there are nails coming out from stairs which are visible. Risers are not even cut in proper height and tread not in proper width. New flooring done still it makes noise when we walk. We did it last year and I am writing review today as everyday we use stairs go up and down I feel like why we choose Gracious to do the job. We could have waited and looked for more people who would have done way better than they did. We paid full amount that they asked no negotiation. Still worst job done. Very Bad. Do not recommend at all.
