Podium elevators seem to work for the most part, only down side is there are ratchet neighbours and people who don't know how to maintain their properties (ex. fire alarm, fire outbreaks and FLOODS). There was a flood that occured the first 3 months of occupancy. Idiots left and right; goes to show that money certainly does not buy class.

PEST PROBLEM!!Absolutely horrifying building management. Building management denies silverfish infestation. SEVERE silverfish infestation in the building that has been ongoing for years and management denies it. Every suite has silverfish and firebrats but management wants to be cheap and not help the residents. Thank God I moved out. I wouldn't live here for free. Floods, broken elevators, swimming pool doesn't get cleaned properly .. any problem, you name it. But worst of all is the pest infestation in a relatively newer build. Shame on Cortel group.

Awful condo, awful management. Elevators never work. Gonna move out soon!Finally moved out! Lemme tell you moreBads:-Exterior doors have problem. Sometimes you get locked inside.-Elevators r always! out of order-garage door sometimes doesnt work-be ready to see dog pees inside the elevatorGoods:- security is nice- the building has an app. You can book amenities easily ( UX of the app sucks but better not to have one)- underground garage is big. Easy to drive&park

They have visitor parking, but the guest has to pay for it. They didn't post any notice on the wall of parking lot to show clearly that the visitor has to pay for visitor parking. I parked there for 1.5 hours and I got a ticket of $69.75!!! So awful!!!

Swimming Pool is Not Accessible gor seniors or physically challenged people.New Building doesn't try to adhere ti guidelines for ONTARIO ACCESSIBILITY ACT. Vaughan -Cortel Group can't ignore such negligence

Terrible management especially parking situation. If you have kids and have decent social life then this is not a place for you. I can’t imagine that there is zero complementary guest parking. If your only criteria is to live close to subway station then this place is fine.

Worst management company I have ever dealt with. Management is acting like public health officials instead of focusing on their actual job which maintaining proper functioning of the building which they continuously fail to do. They cannot be reached. Front desk is useless as their only response is talk to management. This company needs to go and take a hard look at them selves.

Security walks around and doesn’t wear mask spreading all their germs but still won’t allow delivery drivers upstairs. Don’t move here unless you want to decrease your quality of life
