Great help

Decent sticks, but the customer service is gone now that Carson has left. It's a shame they couldn't pay someone a decent wage who put their heart and sole into the company for so many years.

Enjoyed the shooting clinic. I bought the Biggie hockey stick for my 10 year old son. It fell apart after 3 months of hockey. The blade cracked way too easily. Definitely not worth the cost or the inconvenience of having to wait for it. I will never buy another base stick... unfortunately.

*NO LONGER IN BUISNESS*Great session to help my son learn some more shooting techniques and very knowledgeable staff when it comes to custom fitting him for a stick.The issue I have is it has now been 5 weeks since ordered and I have yet to get any emails about it shipping.Every email I send says I will be contacted when it ships but they will give me no more Information than that.We paid almost $300 for a custom fitting session and the stick and this is the best answers they can give?I am very unhappy with the customer service after the fact and if this is how they operate I now have the stats of the stick that fits my son the best and I can find another one elsewhere.

Saying you get zero customer service with Base would be a compliment. Its been 4 months now that I've tried to have an issue with a stick fixed and no one has contacted me over the phone, email or website.Sticks used to last me a year and now they’re barely good for 3 months. Most recent stick came with the wrong pattern on it. Won’t be buying anymore as they’ve become overpriced for such poor quality.
