I always enjoy going to Structube (Sudbury Location) Over the years, I have had exceptional customer service… Corrine has been my go to for all my orders and inquiries. From polo chairs, to kitchen tables, to couches, coffee tables, dressers, end tables, mirrors, sideboards - She is very helpful, friendly, approachable & doesn’t hound when shopping!I refer all my family to her. If she isn’t working I will leave. Sadly over the years customer service really has suffered, however it’s nice knowing that isn’t the case when visiting my favourite store!

I buy almost all my furniture from Structube. The quality is great, I bought a couch 4 years ago and it still looks great. We just recently bought the Horizon couch in the last month and we love it! Customer service is always great in store and over the phone. Strongly recommend!

What a gorgeous store. Their furniture is amazing, and if you're into a modern take on Boho and Turn of the Century styles, you have to check this place out. The prices are very good, and their staff are amazing.

After learning that my backordered dining chairs were backordered even further, I was on the hunt for new ones. Corinne was extremely helpful and I got my newly selected chairs within a week! Without her help we'd still be sitting on our camping chairs around our new Arly table. I won't be dealing with anyone but her from now on when I go there. Nice to see there is real customer service still out there and she put a smile on my face :)

Tara was so helpful today. We checked every other possible furniture store in town with no luck. We had a short time frame and a tight budget and the options in store were endless. We found items that met all our needs, had everything in stock except the loveseat which is only going to take a week to come in. A WEEK! Crazy considering everywhere else is at least a month. Get your furniture here, no need to check anywhere else.

The price for of the furniture was good, however the delivery service is horrendous. I took a day off work to receive the furniture at the agreed date, they never showed, I tried calling Structube and they said there’s nothing they can do for us. We still don’t have our furniture. You’re better off using the money you save to hire your own delivery service.

The store itself is lovely. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, coming right over to us, and giving us information and guidance in choosing our furniture. This was in September. I expected to get the bulk of our purchases by the end of this month (December). After 2 or 3 phone calls from me, I have now been informed that it will be the end of February..... maybe..... or longer. Six months? Really??? We have ordered items from other stores during this time period, and received everything in a timely manner. So I don't understand, and I'm terribly disappointed. Such a shame.
