Worst clinic with zero care and respect for patients, book an appointment, doctor never call me even when she received my blood test result never called. tried to call to talk to doctor and get refill of the medicines, receptionist said doctor will call back but end of the working day and no call at all.this happened twice!

During covid times, some doctors/clinics nearby have automatically turned me away claiming covid. This clinic actually listens to patients concerns and works towards their wellbeing.Pharmacists have amazing service ensuring patients feel well informed and first medical centre i’ve been too were secretaries provide genuine kindness to patients!

Reasonable wait time from our visit last week, I had a fairly good experience with the doctor. Secretary was super nice and courteous.

Was trying few doctors for over one year to solve my health issues but only Dr.Hanna Neveen was able to find the right diagnose. Thank you Dr.Hanna.

Have been going here for years. The receptionist is rude and the doctors prescribe medicine without fully listening to the problem. GO ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOUR TIME.Plus if you try calling, no one answers the phone after 4 pm.

Worst clinic zero care and respect for patients, I have been trying to reach the doctor over the phone for 3 days now, and the secretary is so rude whenever I call the clinic she puts me on hold without even listening to me, she did this 12 times with me ..its extremely frustrating to reach the doctor, I am disabled and can't go to see the doctor in person for a small matter, ..she keeps telling me the doctor will call you but she never calls me back and hangs up the phone without letting me finish what I have to say..that's the main reason I go to walk in clinics now..instead of coming to my family doctor!!!

Dr Hanna is very belittling and non empathetic towards mental health issues. Despite having seen her for years she's completely unknowledgeable about my diagnosis and very rude and unhelpful
