I haven’t visited the place yet, but just sent a Google message over the weekend (hoping they will response Monday/Tuesday m), but to my surprise, they bet all standards and responded to my weakened inquiry in few minutes + answered all my questions. I wish we would have had maintained this standard back then at all levels and we wouldn’t be where we are….Thank you consulate staff, I will surely end up sharing this service level story in many forums.

I needed a birth certificate and due to our poor experience of processing official documents with Afghan government agencies, I was looking for other alternatives. But I took the chance and sent an email to the consulate, their quick and clear response surprised me and they processed my document in less than a week. I really appreciate your hard work and thank to your amazing and professional consular services.
