~3 thousand dollars modern washer and dryer came incomplete. They do all possible to get rid of you, after 2 days that store simply refers to Electrolux regarding that miserable inattenstion from their side instead to bring what was missing. Electrolux in their turn forwarding you by endless e-mails chain. Awful store, awful brand Electrolux too, avoid them both.

If we knew we had to remove the sofa from the huge boxes and set it up ourselves we would have brought the sofas home ourselves rather than charged 60$! We still have to bring the futon mattress home at a later date!.

They will not honor their extended warranty in a timely manner. Bought a 600$ dishwasher last year and it broke in September. The warranty repair man told us if we were paying for it out of pocket he could get the part in 2 weeks, but would be longer with the warranty it's almost Christmas and they still haven't received our parts.Very rude service when I called at the store to exchange it instead. We used to buy everything here and I will never buy anything after this horrible experience

They want you to pay and disappear. All of future problems came up on our own side despite of the paid warranty. Their warranty is a total costly fake.

You cannot have a refund after 24 hours if you buy online. Such a joke. Next time I will buy in Amazon :)

Terrible experience… walked in and the 2 employees at the cash(alone) looked at me up and down and didn’t even greet me. Was only greeted once I was leaving. Awful customer service.. will shop elsewhere.
