Nelson Lumber Lloydminster

We ordered siding from Nelson at end of April. We were told less than a month ETA. After several calls and emails, etc. and little response, we finally got our siding today (2.5 months later). My husband dropped off our trailer at 3:30 am. Went to pick it up at 4 pm, Trailer wasn’t loaded and he had to wait 45 min. Not impressed, next time would likely pay more and buy from our local Co-op.

Love this place, everyone is so nice, they have all your construction needs.

We have been shopping 4 an RTM. Long story short. Poor service. Some answers were not answered. Had been toured by very nice people, then a salesman was working with us, that turned us right off. Told us, basicly that he didn't need our business.. Good Bye Nelson Lumber!

Nice friendly place. Easy do deal with people here, it's like going to visit friends, friends with a hardware store.

Complete waste of time everytime I have gone in. No one is able to help with the simplest of things. So they offer to take your number and call you and they NEVER call.

We started the process of ordering a RTM from Nelson in Lloydminister the last week of November 2014. It's now almost the middle of April, 2015 and we have got no where!! Rarely anyone returns our calls. We tried calling the Head Office, low and behold, yet another message machine. We have tried numorous times to contact our so called building guy. All we get is the run-around. Five months have gone by and we have no blue prints yet. At first, they told us our house would be delivered the middle of Sept. to the first week of Oct.. The latest.... they have moved us into December. That totally screws up our plans. I will continue phoning them on a daily basis to get our problems resolved!!!

Not a very friendly store to go to walk in and it looks lik a store moving out.There's ppl in the side offices and one guy sitting at a counter talking on his cell phone go to see abt paint and there's no one workin that in that department so I just walked out best thing they can do is close their doors and lockup cause it don't look like anyone goes there.

I have been dealing with Nelson Lumber for years and will continue to do so in the future. The staff is very friendly and always able to help, and their prices are competitive with the other lumber yards in town. I recommend them next time your looking to do a weekend project.
