Great experience, went it to replace some parts on my record player and they knew exactly what I needed and ensured everything else on it was working well. The service was friendly and efficient, plus the store is really cool. Can't recommend enough.

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was warm, friendly, and well knowledgeable. I couldn't have found a better place to get my turntable repaired, since I was beginning to lose hope that it would ever be fixed.Definitely returning to purchase albums and other items!

3 months ago I bought myself an Technics SL-D2 turntable from here, then not long after I bought a Pioneer SX-950 receiver, and to top it off I also picked up a pair of JBL L220 speakers. Now after a few months I own 1 of the most amazing stereos I’ve ever seen or heard. The staff here has done everything they can to make this happen and ensure I knew how to properly set it up from scratch which I can’t say thanks enough times for, If you haven’t already check this place out you’ll be happy you did. Thanks to Innovative Audio!

Had an amazing experience here. I purchased a Pioneer SX 1250 receiver which was even better than advertised. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will absolutely be back in the future and will recommend to friends!

Great selection of Vintage and hard to find gear...I went from Japanese high end...to North America Vintage gear...I can't begin to describe the difference in the sound...I actually have a Soundstage now, with depth and height and width...a much different listening experience.

I had a great experience at the store buying this beautiful vintage Yamaha set. The staff is always friendly and helpful. JR and Mark are very acknowledgeable and they definitely stand by their product. If it is your first time at the store, make sure you save some time to check the vinyl records. Probably the best audio vintage store in the lower mainland.

I had my dad's old receiver fixed here and they beat their own time estimates by 50% (quoted 5 weeks to take a look, it took 2 1/2, quoted 3 weeks to fix and took 10 days.) I am so happy with the great work done and the pleasant service.
