This place is off the wall rediculous. The Owner is claiming I'm a fake account as I have never purchased anything from them.. no, of course I havent. And you shouldn't either. Crooks.**edited to add** The owners have even stocked my Facebook and harassed me simply because I rated them a one star.

I bought a car from Dennis during the pandemic. I didnt need to even drive the car because of his reputation as an honest up front businessman. I bought the car over the phone because he said most of his deals are done with a handshake. Dennis delivered the car to Sarnia as if it was a normal business practice. He went way above and beyond to make sure I had a great car buying experience. Great to do business with this guy.

I've been using Dennis Krogman for years and always having excellent experience. But I see some of the previous comments and I cant believe that John Belones gave Dennis a poor rating.Close friends for years and buying lots of vehicles from Dennis. Please dont let money interfere a long life business and personal close relationship. Long live a honest businessman Dennis Krogman and family.

If I could write an essay about this gentleman and his daughter, I would. To say this is the best used car lot I've ever been to doesn't even begin to describe the positive experience I've had with Dennis. They make you feel like family and take care of you before, during and after a vehicle purchase. These are the most honest people you'll meet, and you will not be disappointed buying a vehicle from them. I know many people who have bought a car from here and have all had nothing but positive things to say about their experiences and the vehicle they purchased. Will definitely be dealing with these guys in the future. Thanks again for the positive experiences.

I'm driving my third vehicle from Krogmans, so you know I'm a long term customer. I wish the one I'm driving now would wear out so I can justify moving up and buy my next car from Mr. Krogman who has personally seen to it my used car purchases are safe and reliable. Not to mention the great customer service from Ms. Denise Krogman. Anyway, just wanted to check in and let you know I havent forgotten you. But this last vehicle has been just to reliable to trade.

I had a really great experience with Dennis buying a 2007 Honda Odyssey. He knew that going shopping was difficult for me with a new baby so he brought the van to my house so that I could check it out, and then he took care of all the paperwork and licensing for me and delivered the van, ready to go, to my home! So far I'm very happy with my purchase: it was at a fair price and seems to be in great condition. Thanks Dennis!

Definitely time for this place to throw in the towel! When we picked vehicle up the owner of lot had backed car into wall leaving huge scratch on rear bumper and we were told that we could buff it out ourselves easy enough and radio was not properly working and windows were slow to unroll. We overlooked this thinking not a big deal. One week later exhaust issue that should have been covered on safety occurred than 1 week after that car died..turned out most wires were chewed from sitting so long in car lot. After I sent the car to the dealership to be fixed, the radio and windows worked perfectly which prove wires were chewed prior to us purchasing car, which the GM dealer advised us easily could be possible and when car started to be driven the wires came apart. Hindsight, the area and conditions of this car lot and the fact they had to get a cat to keep at the lot would only suggest rodents would be a problem. This car was not looked over prior to selling and obviously not a proper safety completed. We Paid $2000.00 in fixes and owner agreed to pay half the costs but after fixing the car they would not answer ANY phone calls when we tried to contact them on several occasions. We paid a total of $9000.00 for a 2009 Pontiac G6 with 150,000 kms on it so we definitely got ripped off and no we did not have the car 2 months as owner says, we only had it 1 week when it started falling apart. This guy has been around for years and HAD a good reputation but definitely is no longer good..washed up and leaving a bad legacy due to having his car lot ran by his daughter now and not taking care of matters himself. very sad! Avoid

The Krogman's gave me a great deal on a Honda Civic and it has been an excellent car. I bought a 2006 over a year and a half ago and I drive to Woodstock every day. No problems at all!
