TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

My experience at this TD location has been absolutely amazing. Milan was the best teller I have ever encountered. Milan actually cared and took her time to explain everything thoroughly and most importantly respected my time. You don't see that level of customer service anywhere these days so it was very refreshing. Definitely management material!!! Thanks Milan for making my experience here so pleasant and smooth.

Just when we're two weeks into stage 2 of the Covid 19 pandemic, I entered this branch to see only one staff wearing a mask. Kudos to a vast majority of the customers who were wearing their masks! When I voiced my concern and disappointment, the teller told me the masks have arrived and they will be in compliance with Toronto bylaws starting tomorrow. She told me it would be impossible to wipe down the card terminal after each use. She also reassured me she was acknowledging my concerns. Ha! When I asked to speak with the manager, the person who came over reiterated what the teller said. TD, you are not doing your part and you are not taking everyone's healthy and safety seriously! Shame on you!!

Thank you Sarah, the teller who calmly and quickly in a professional and friendly manner took our questions and addressed them re information we were requiring for taxes. The team at this Branch are excellent!

There is one staff particularly who sits at the left end (from the front) of the teller desk. She has been working there for a long time. However, she seems to give some customers with attitude. Maybe she has a dislike on people in certain ethnic background. She gives me discomfort whenever I see her working at the branch.

Best branch experience, Sarah always takes care of my banking needs. A true professional .

How hard is it to change your hours online? A note on the door...seriously?

This is my favourite branch. Very organized, mostly clean and personable staff! Most times I've gone, I've barely had to wait in line and got to the bank teller rather quickly.
