I've been really impressed by these guys, would highly recommend. My daughter had self-induced problems months after her piercings and they were incredibly helpful and supportive. Great experience.

The lady did an amazing job piecing my nose. It was quick and and she did a great job. I would definitely go back for my next piercing.

My friend and I were getting piercing. I got my 4th holes and she got her belly button. The older lady was working with us and both of us felt extremely uncomfortable and not in a good environment. Not to mention she charged me over $120 to do a piercing that could still be considered my lobe, as another piercing shop told me She was rude, and when someone is shoving a needle in you, the least they could do is show a little kindness and trust. This woman had nothing. Both my friend and I are now four months from when we got these, and they have not healed. I had to take mine out and get them checked out somewhere else. They told me whoever did this seriously messed up. I do not recommend, everyone I have spoken to has had terrible experiences. These people don't have your best interest in mind, they just want your money.

the store itself is nicely kept and their jewelry selection is great, however the lady (not the owner) pierced my nose wrong and i had to go elsewhere to take it out and have the proper size pierced in (because if i hadn’t my skin would have grown over the piercing or i could’ve had an infection), the customer service also wasn’t the best, so i would be careful on getting any piercing from this location if not done by the ownerUPDATE: i had to take the piercing out after a whole year of it not healing. I’m going elsewhere to get it redone

DO NOT GO HERE! The older lady who pierced me was incredibly rude towards me and did the piercing wrong (this was confirmed by a doctor and a 2 other piercers). I had both my nipples done and the lady knew she messed up one of them as she told me it felt and sounded wrong but she didn’t know how to fix it. The jewelry was also the wrong size for me which caused a great deal of pain. I unfortunately have to take them out as doctors told me I could wait and hope they heal properly but it’s been over a year and they have not. I wasted my time and money on them due to the piercer not caring about their clients health and needs.

I just got a double helix here today, and the experience was great. Super caring and the piercings turned out beautiful!

TLDR: Don't go here! They're unprofessional, judgmental, and unskilled.For context, I have 4 facial piercings and stretched lobes, I'm by no means an expert but I know how these procedures are supposed to go, and this place is doing things wrong. I went here twice, once to get my boyfriends septum pierced and a second time to get my second lobe piercings. To start, the first time I went the lady was very judgemental, she wasn't kind or patient towards my boyfriend who up until this point had never had a piercing. She did not clean his nose prior to piercing it, she also asked him if the clamps were in the right place, when he said he didn't know she got annoyed and went ahead anyways. Despite the many red flags I went again to get my ears done because it's cheap here (don't ever trust cheap piercings) and it was also a bad experience. I don't remember if it was the same lady but it was definitely the same vibes, very judgmental. I have stretched lobes but no other ear piercings and she made me feel really weird about it, she was very condesending. She also reused the same needle for both ears. They were not placed well despite the dots looking fine, I have since taken them out and will be going to a professional piercer to get them redone. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

She did an amazing job on the placement of my industrial and I had little to no problems with healing. Super kind, and I am definitely going there again.

I had my septum pierced on Thursday the Lady that did it was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I initially chose them because they peirce with Titanium and I have metal allergies that being said provided I don't have a problem with Titanium I will deffinetly be going back. I love my new piercing.
