Souris Beach Gateway Park
A really nice spot on the island. Most shops were closed for the season but will definitely come back again next summer. Lots of parking and a really nicely tucked away beach.

Beautiful view. My favorite place to park and watch the ocean. High tide low tide, you name it im there. Gorgeous day or night.Beautiful place to walk along the Boulevard.

Low tide is a great time to look for sea glass. The wife and I enjoyed our time there immensely.

Souris Beach Gateway Park
Lovely boardwalk following the beach. The shacks were all closed when we visited but we expected that in advance. There are signs on the beach to watch for sharp glass - take them seriously as there is a lot. Apparently recent storms eroded the dunes and all sorts of garbage has been exposed. Locals are working to clean it up but lots to be done .

Beautiful soft squeaking" white-ish sand beach. Dig your heels in to hear the squeak! Not quite "Singing Sands" but definitely squeaking ones! There's a bridge where kids jump off into deep water and ladders to get back up! A collection of old weathered wooden buildings

Enjoyed walking the boardwalk with sea breeze and sun low in the sky. Great way to wrap up a summery day.

Souris Beach Gateway Park
Good place to stop for a break from driving or just to enjoy the views out into the water. Nice boardwalk which extends pretty far. The sand was really easy to walk on.
