Update: Feb 2023I've been back several times for the bubble tea which is always great. Had the chance to sit in for a late night dessert and try the honey butter bread and the watermelon bingsu. These were damn good and hit the spot and I'm not really a dessert kind of guy either.Tried out the food here for the first time. Normally we stop by for a bubble tea to go. My wife and I ordered 2 Teppanyaki entrees and they were delicious. I had the pepper beef and my wife had the spicy bulgogi beef. It's a smoking hot cast-iron plate with meat, rice, corn, garlic butter and a freshly cracked egg put on top and served to you sizzling away. Decent sized portions for what you pay. The only thing to note was the bulgogi dish is served with a scoop of kimchi (according to the photo on the menu) and our dish literally had 2 miniscule pieces of kimchi hidden beside the rice. Other than this laughable oversight, it was an enjoyable meal and we would recommend for people to try it. The bubble tea here is pretty decent, similar to most of the major bubble tea joints in Edmonton. Staff were friendly and efficient, all wearing masks and keeping the place tidy. Love the music here as well, definitely caters to the younger crowd but it made me feel all hip and Gucci to be eating here, or whatever the kids say these days for cool...

Teapsy Lab is great! It was a nice stop in to grab a bubble tea before walking down Whyte Ave.Their mango fruit black tea is pretty good. They also have a lot of delicious-looking dessert options.The staff are friendly and fast. I’ll definitely be heading back for more soon!

Service/staff was very friendly and the vibe here is nice and quiet. Facilities are clean and prices and bubble tea qualities are great. I recommend trying out some of their new menus!

Place was busy on Monday holiday at 11am. Victoria Day. The staff seems to be stretched and stressed..but service still ok. We had Boba shakes. Taro Coconut, Mango and Thai. Clean place with clean washrooms

Teapsy used to be really good, but in the past two weeks, their service just hasn't been the same. The workers consistently mess up orders. I asked for no ice and my cup was filled with ice. I asked for grapefruit but they gave me watermelon. I'm not sure if they just didn't have grapefruit, but I would've been totally fine had they communicated that with me, but I was never told anything. They made my drink and forgot who I was, so I had to go up to the counter 5 minutes after they had made my drink to inquire about whether or not it was my drink and my fries were just sitting at the cashier counter for 10 minutes for the same reason. I had to ask them whether or not my fries were done yet because I was in a rush to get to my other arrangements. My friend asked for a drink with tapioca but she received a drink with no tapioca whatsoever. When we went back to inquire about it, they made her another one, but they remade it completely wrong again because they didn't add peach syrup, when the drink is literally supposed to be a peachy drink. We've been going since September and we've never encountered such issues until just recently. We are utterly dismayed by this and will now have to find a new place to frequent as we cannot deal with more of this inadequate service.

Very clean and good atmosphere, polite staff, and even has a Photo Booth now! They have good options for drinks and food, and the washroom is reserved for customers only if anyone is checking for that :)Prices are affordable, nothing too expensive and for sure not cheap! All in all, it’s a fun place for friends or just to study!

I had their perfectly sweetened Royal Earl Grey Milk Tea, absolutely delicious and crunchy popcorn chicken and the milk tea honey butter bread. So tasty! Decor was beautiful and the staff was so friendly and accommodating.Had a wonderful time and will absolutely be back.
