Sign says open at 10am, never once seen the door open or staff there that early. Second time this week ive gone at ten, waited 20 minutes for someone to open up, and then just gone home frustrated. When i went back, a new sign had been added saying closed for today.If you just don't feel like working today, just say so and quit.

Always friendly service, good selection of products though sometimes my preferred items are sold out.Today I had a 5-star experience with a budtender there, they helped my n00b self get set up with my first non-disposable vape, getting a battery, cart, etc. They answered all my questions, showed me how to use it, just fantastic service. Can't praise that enough.

Very disappointed. Purchased an item online (4grams of shatter), travelled there (in a blizzard) to pick it up and the item they gave me was only 1gram. I told them that's not what I purchased, showed them my receipt, and they said the website is wrong and the price I paid is only for a single gram. Despite them clearly advertising otherwise.They also tried to tell me that the website was indicating that the concentrate is 4g of flower. Which is also false, because I attempted to buy 2 from the online store and was stopped because BC regulations only allow 7.5g of concentrate per single sale. Clearly indicating that the product was for 4grams of actually concentrate. To be fair, they are bound by certain price minimums, which I understand, but all they did to rectify it was refund me and give me 15% off coupons. Minimally, I expected a gift card because there are punitive laws to stop companies from doing just this. It is entirely illegal to advertise a product under a false price to get that person in the store only to tell them the product they purchased does not exist and get them to buy something significantly more expensive than advertised. Which is exactly what happened to me. All in all, not impressed at all by how the issue was handled. And caution people from using their online store.

I went in pretty unknowledgeable myself and wasn't entirely sure what I was after but Shea was extremely helpful and educated and helped me find the right products for me. Being greeted with friendly, prompt and helpful service has ensured I will definitely be a returning customer.

Found my new favorite dispensary! My usual place was closed so I stopped in here and couldn't be happier. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, not pushy or anything. The store is decked out in pride decor, really love that the company shows their acceptance of LGBTQ+ members like myself. Thanks for supporting us during pride month, I felt genuinely welcome and safe here. I'll be back for sure.

I had an unpleasant experience with a female staff member today. She came across as very condescending and made me feel like I was dumb for asking questions about products. I asked her if she knew anything about a certain type of product, she raised her eyebrows, said yes, and that's all she said. I ended up buying something I wasn't 100% sure I was looking for...she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, so I just wanted to get out of there.The previous time I went, a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable male staff member provided a positive experience and that is why I opted not to give them less than 3 stars.

Always love coming to this place

today i was in the trees in harewood, and saw a maskless man enter the store, and be served, refusing to wear a mask when the staff asked. even if this guy did have an exemption, it seems wrong trees is willing to risk public safety in their store. i've seen so many other businesses turn away people not willing to wear masks. i won't be back here.

Everybody there is awesome and very knowledgeable

This was such a welcoming experience. I am not too familiar with going to dispensaries so this was a first for me. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by such a kind staff member. She was extremely patient with me and was able to answer all of my questions (and there was a lot!). This shop is so welcoming and made me feel like its okay for me not to know everything, because they do! So thank you so much to the curly haired girl with glasses, I was so nervous to walk in, but you made me feel like a regular customer. I plan to shop here for all my dispensary needs now!
