Eden Nails & Tanning

I was looking for a place to get nails done with my friend, and my sister. This place had good reviews, so we ended up choosing this place. We went yesterday to get our nails done.They were not communicating much with us. My sister got her acrylic done yesterday and she did the 50 cents diamond design, her diamond piece fell off, and later on the acrylic nail fell off from her pinky finger. My friend did shellac and shellac chipped off, so clearly the nail polish was old probably. I wanted to do ombre and I showed a picture of how I want, but it didn't turn out the way I wanted. They did not even have the pink undertone I wanted for my nails as the picture I showed. My friend and I paid for the manicure price and they didn't even give us a manicure.. just filed our nails and applied the polish. They didn't even ask or nothing. They didn't even trim or push cuticles or massaged nothing - it was not a manicure at all. we wouldn't visit this place again and it was not worth it at all, prices were reasonable and affordable but the service was not good at all. Overall its better paying more and get a better service in a good spa. Rather than paying less and not getting what you want. :)

Me and my sister have been going to Eden for 3 and half years. I have never been to a shop like it and I recommend them to everyone. In the last 3 years, I have never been disappointed. I have never had a nail pop off unexpectedly and they ALWAYS last between 3-4 weeks in between fills or new sets. I have broken the tip off my nail a couple times and they have always fixed it up for me right away. I personally always make an appointment but they accept walk-ins when available. I have never felt so comfortable in a nail salon and have had a better time just talking to my technician. I will never go anywhere else in Hamilton to get my claws done.

absolutely love getting my nails done here. They always do great work for a very affordable price! Definitely my new favourite salon.

Super efficient and friendly staff. I was pretty impressed that they were able to do exactly the design that I showed the nail tech. I will definitely recommend them and will go back.

Asked if they had time for mani pedi, lady wouldn't even turn around - you can tell she didn't want to and just wanted to watch TV. She did end up saying yes as no one else was there.Ended up going back w Mt 2 daughters as time ran out and I had to pick them up.My gel polish was off in 3 days and my cuticles weren't even pushed back. I haven't had a mani in 4 yrs. Everyone who saw them thought i did it myself they were sooo badaMy daughters was off in one day.Asked for my older daughters acrylics to he right above her nail as she never had them before and they were way too long that she cut them off.Messaged the owner she said I could come in and fix mine and my younger daughters but than went Mia.

Good price and nice nail tech, however, wasn’t satisfied with quality. Shellac fell off in two weeks, as well as the place looked not clean.

Love this place great atmosphere the girls are very nice and friendly and they speak Good English lol and they have great place and it's a greate sade space for all

HANDS DOWN BEST NAIL SALON!!!! They did an AMAZING job with my nails and their prices are super great too! Shoutout to my girl lulu i’ve never had such fun getting my nails done. Highly highly recommend coming here. THEY ALSO HAVE THE CUTEST LIL DOG I LOVE THIS PLACE WONT EVER GET MY NAILS DONE ANYWHERE ELSE

This place is amazing. Me and my sister have been going here for quite some time and they have always been great. There's never a time when my nails are not perfect. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and they ALWAYS take their time when doing our nails. We just went today and they made our nails look amazing. They have a wide selection of products and colours to choose from, from shellac to regular polish, and they always make sure that me and my sister are happy before we leave, and if we aren't, we speak up and they fix whatever we want immediately. There was even a time when Sophie cleaned up my sister's nails for 20 minutes because the polish leaked into her negative space design. No other shop would do that. I highly recommend them, and this is coming from someone who has been getting my nails done since I was 13 years old. Best shop in Hamilton.

I have to say I’m a very picky customer since I have been in the beauty business for over 25 years. My son and I came in for a pedicure and a manicure or this afternoon and I will say that I had the best service ever. The girl who did my sons feet not only did a great job but also spoke to him like he was an adult. I had two ladies that worked on my nails, I believe this is because I had asked for some nail art that the first lady did not do. I will be a customer for life here!
