Absolutely awful place, bad service, terrible communication. Even gave attitude when I asked for the list of side effects. Definitely will not come back. Not to mention they half filled a prescription then treated me like I was a cyclops when I asked them to fill the second half of the prescription as it was supposed to run out in 3 days.

I called Burke Mountain Pharmacy at about 1PM to enquire whether or not they had the Covid-19 vaccine. I was told that they had a few shots left if I was able to get there ASAP. I was there in under 10 minutes and vaccinated immediately after filling out the required form.The staff were all very pleasant. The pharmacy had calming music playing and several 'last minute' vaccine hunters like myself arrived as I waited my 15 minutes after receiving the shot.All in all, a very exceptional experience from a very professional and caring pharmacy staff.

This pharmacy is absolutely rediculos, I had to go wait at the Drs to get a prescription for an over the counter medication that I've been on for 2 months. The pharmacist was rude and very arrogant!! Go somewhere where they know what the hell they are doing and not to this joke of a place!!

I'm not sure what the other folks on here are saying about the owner being rude and arrogant. The man is not only nice and extremely pleasant to talk to but very very knowledgeable. If I'm not wrong, he's a doctor as well.

Was there today and walked out. Owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. Doesn't value his clients one bit. Went across the street and not only were they kind and helpful. They managed to save me $101. The owner at Burke mountain pharmacy is just interested in the money, not the client. Choose wisely. Word of mouth is everything!

My experiences with this facility has always been pleasant for over 5 years. The staff and the owner are excellent to deal with and extremely efficient when dealing with your prescription requirements.I wouldn't go anywhere else for my families pharmaceutical needs. I drive all the way from Port Moody to get our medical prescriptions filled.Another plus is the medical clinic that is adjoined to this facility adding extra convenience to your medical needs!

The main pharmacist is a complete joke. I unfortunately work hours where I am not always able to get my meds, so my husband or sometimes a family member picks them up for me. Everytime someone else goes to pick up, the guy gives them extra pulls (why? I didnt ask for extra meds in my prescription?) And tries to charge them extra for it. He is arrogant, rude, and I wish they could get a better pharmacist here.
