In 2022 my wife and I decided to redo our backyard instead of traveling. So we decided on a pool, new deck, and artificial grass. We started with our new deck and pool as we waited on other quotes for turf from all over Canada when my paremts showed me the website for Durham Artifical Grass. Best nice I ever made. John took time out if his day to come all the way to Quinte to give me a quote and measure my yard. Not long after they were here to install my turf. The two gentleman thelat came to install were absolutely awesome. They did a great job explaining the process and what they needed to do to ensure my turf would last.Well, needless to say to say John and the entire staff at Durham Artificial Grass were incredible. From the staff that did my scheduling and payments, measuring and sampling and right down to the install and ckean up. I couldn't be happier with the result and workmanship.If you are considering turf. They are your only right answer. Job well done and thank you for the fantastic yard.

Gilbert D. and his crew installed our Fescue Elite turf last week. We cannot begin to explain how happy we are with the entire process.From the time of our quote right through install, the communication and service has been phenomenal.Turf is very expensive, but now have the most beautiful, maintenance free yard for our pool and family.

We used DAG last summer and purchased the PetEnvy Turf. I was tired of constant repair and maintenance of my grass with two dogs. Yes it’s not cheap but I saw it as an investment in time and money and in the end it looks great.From the start, DAG rep comes out with samples and info you will need. But before you call, at least research the product online/YouTube so you will realize there is a lot more than just laying the turf. They installed drainage system and fill designed to keep turf cool in the summer. Yes it gets hot the surface, but a quick hose of the turf, and this fill absorbs the moisture and keeps the turf cool. Really does work.The team of two came out and were very professional. They didn’t want to take the chance on damaging the stone work and opted for using buckets to remove a layer of soil instead of using bobcats. Not easy work in the heat. They were very conscience of the placement of the bins on the street and respectful of my neighbors.Fast forward to spring of this year. It was time for the check up on the turf after winter. Very minor repairs needed. DAG came out and made all the necessary work.I highly recommend Durham Artificial Grass. From start to finish, they did an excellent job. We love the ease of maintenance and the look and my dogs play and do the business with no worries.Nelson R.
