Excellent service!!! Friendly staff!!! I was picked up at the airport by Anthony on 10/19/22 in a gorgeous Mercedes S560 and when I departed on 10/24/22 Jon rolled up in a beautiful Cadillac Escalade!!! Both men treated me like a Queen and with respect! They were very helpful getting me to and from the vehicles, as I was either in a wheelchair or walking with a cane. Jon also took some nice pictures of me and my parents as I was leaving, Thank You. (I’m the chick with pink hair that was bit by a dog on her trip in Michigan) My family has used Allstar for many years and I will definitely use them on my next trip to Michigan!!! I have had many positive interactions with Allstar! Their chauffeurs are friendly, prompt, and professional, and their vehicles are always sparkling clean inside and out. They also have full-size buses in their fleet, which is convenient for planning Cedar Point trips. Highly recommended for transportation needs large and small!

We hired Allstar for our September wedding and they were amazing. Our consultant, Shay, was responsive and helpful and our chaufer, Andre, was on-time, professional, and very friendly! The shuttle was very clean and perfect for our wedding. We had a great experience and highly recommend them to others for weddings, parties, or any other events.

They do not have any accommodations for disabled drivers and they are told not to talk to clients much which for me and many people, is uncomfortable! Do not use this service unless you like robot type service!

We used Allstar for our guest transportation on our wedding day and were more than happy with their service! From start to finish the planning process was so smooth. They were so accommodating, even when we needed to change plans many times! We used both the 56 passenger executive coach and the 28 passenger mini coach to shuttle our guests. The drivers were very timely and so kind. All of our guests were very happy with the service as well!

Arranged for a pick up at 2:30 to go to the Fox Theater and then to dinner ($700). At 2:25 they called and said the driver was non-responsive and they could not pick us up until 4:00. Our show at the Fox started at 4:00. Extremely poor customer service and I will NEVER use them again. This isn’t the first time we have really poor service and friends report similar experiences. DON’T USE THEM THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE!!

I booked this company last minute 6/5/23 for my son’s prom which was 6/6/23. I reserved the Benz S-Class luxury vehicle and could not be more happy.They were professional , my sons chauffeur was courteous, pleasant and arrived 15 minutes before scheduled time which allowed us to take pictures. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for your professionalism.

Applied for a driving position and was told I was not insurable. My driving record is close to perfect. I guess it was divine intervention because now I'm driving for a better company with better pay:)

Allstar is an amazing chauffeur service. We used them for our wedding day and were so happy with our service. Prior to even booking, I could not believe how quick the response times were for a quote. I received a friendly response within minutes of inquiry and any time I needed to follow up or ask a question prior to the wedding as well as the wedding day I had no issue getting in touch with the team. Our driver was Steve and he was incredibly professional and helpful. He arrived on time and helped me get in and out of the van throughout the whole day as well as help us load and unload items. Not having to worry about reliable transportation on our wedding day was a great relief.

I can’t say enough great things about Allstar. We had a company trip scheduled for about 40 people, and were booked for a charter bus with another company. The night before our event at 10:30pm, I received an email from the company canceling our bus with no alternative transportation options. I called Allstar at 11pm and Bryan was so helpful and ended up being able to provide us with a bus and find a driver within 30 minutes. The bus was beautiful and our driver, Chris was amazing. Allstar saved our trip and went above and beyond to help. They will be my first choice for any transportation needs from here on out!
