TRH The Real Handyman

We hired Scott to perform a few tasks at our townhouse unit, including mounting various items to the wall (coat rack, curtain rods, floating night stands), swapping out 2 shower heads and replacing them with new ones, and taking down some old mirrors we had glued to the wall from before. Worked with the material we procured no problem.It started with an email inquiry, which Scott was quick to reply to. Easy to communicate with. Realistic expectations. Showed up on time. Did an amazing job with everything. Completed the tasks within the agreed upon timeframe. Even gave us some general tips and some fun trivia.We have a few other projects around the house that we plan to bring Scott back for once we have purchased the material.

Scott came over to help fix a few things I had no experience with including drywall repair, hose ducting for a dryer, as well as fixing a loose ceiling fan. Scott is very knowledgeable and fairly priced. I will definitely be calling him again in the future for my home fixes in the future.

Scott has done three jobs for me through the years and I intend to hire him for many years to come. He helped me with light fixtures, hooks for boxing bags, fixing a kitchen sink that fell, faucet and door knob installation etc. He is punctual, easy to reach, and reasonably priced. Finally, he tells jokes. Lol. He is the real handyman.

Amazing is putting Scott and his work mildly. Not only did he do an amazing job repairing my drywall, but he showed me each step of the process and explained why he does it so that one can learn and understand the concept behind his many years of mastering his craft.Scott also has a great sense of humour and is a wonderful conversationalist. I had Scott over to fix my light. He did not charge me, because after an hour of thorough inspection and testing, he figured that the issue was beyond his expertise. He ended up recommending me to find a qualified electrician to solve the problem. However, I would reach out to him again if there's anything else to be repaired at my house.
