Beverly Daycare Society & Family Resource Centre

I love this daycare! The space is always so clean and the staff are always so kind. My son has been there for over a year now and a lot of the staff are still the same and a lovely as ever. I know my son is happy because he leaves my arms easily when I drop him off and sometimes he doesn't want to come see me when i pick him up because he is having too much fun. There is a strong board who work hard at making sure the operation is smooth and the director has been amazing with informing us of any incidents and progress with our son's development. They have plenty of toys and space to keep any kid happy!

Excellent staff and facility. My daughter has been here for a year and a half, since she was one year old. The staff are amazing; Incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. Hot lunch, made from scratch, is provided. They were happy to accommodate our plans for potty-training. Our daughter loves the staff and her friends here, and I can't recommend it strongly enough.

Both of my children attended this child care centre. I was very pleased when I found this high quality, non-profit day care in our neighborhood. The new director is very professional and the staff love the children.

Amazing centre! The staff are incredible and very professional and caring. The director (who has been managing the centre since 2020) is incredible, very in tune with the community, families, and staff and it shows in the tenure of the employees and families. I’ve had the opportunity to volunteer and it’s a very clean centre with engaging programs. Would absolutely recommend!

This is the best daycare in the city. The director is AMAZING, as well as the staff, the board, etc. We had clear communication right from the start, all the way through to the end. The director took every concern we ever had seriously, and was so supportive. Extremely professional and authentic interactions. We moved and had to say goodbye, but my preschool kids STILL talk about how much they love and miss Beverly Daycare! They absolutely hate their new one. I honestly wish we could airlift Beverly Daycare to our new province!! We will never find another like it! The bar has honestly been set so high by this organization! A++++++++++

Although I can't say enough about the caretakers of the children who have been caring for my daughter since she was 1, my experience with the director has been sub par. Because of this, is why review is so poor. Her lack of communication has been very unprofessional and has left me scrambling for daycare 2 weeks from when I need it for son. I had him on the waitlist since July, have been asking for updates to confirm he has Spot and she said there wouldn't be any foreseeable issues for when we needed him in. I sent an email, having heard from a staff member that there was no space for my son,when I need childcare in 2 weeks and she said that there is no place for him now. Why was my daycare status being discussed among staff first when nothing had been communicated to me directly? As someone who runs the center I think she should more than understand how important childcare is so parents could work. She did not communicate any of this to me after we had been checking in, as I'm sure she would have had some indication much sooner than 2 weeks prior that there'd be no space. her behavior regarding this matter contradicts everything center stands for and expects from their employees according to their website.

All 5 of my children have been to the centre and still have great friendships with the staff and other children. I love the morning smiles and positive vibes that everyone in the daycare bring. Desiree has gone above and beyond to accommodate my childrens needs. Being a single mom isn’t the easiest job however I am truly thankful to have such amazing people be apart of my support team.

Worst daycare director. She shouldn’t be working with kids. Probably shouldn’t be working anymore either. Staff are okay. But I wouldn’t advice anyone to put their kids in if they're not talking yet. My friends daughter was in the baby room and fell. She got a concussion, but to make matters worse the director A) didn’t call her mother to inform her the incident had happened AND B) didn’t fill out the incident report properly. Like I’m sorry if all you do is sit In the office all day the least you can do is fill out your paperwork properly. On my sons last few days here he told me the staff was rude and mean to him as well. Last year when Erin was still the director this place was the best. So sad to see how it’s gone down hill due to horrible management.

I have 3 children that attend Beverley Daycare, 2 of which are high needs. The staff here are excellent, understanding and supportive to all the children. My children love the staff especially Desiree, she goes above and beyond to help those in need.

My daughter has been going here for about 6 months, part time. She really enjoys it! Staff seems good, director was easy to talk to and accommodating. They have an indoor gym which is great for winter time.
