Purchased a cord for my sound system on my to a show on July first 2023 . I told her I was in a hurry as I was doing a show. Went to pay for the cord that was $9.00 she charged me for extended warranty without asking. I ended up leaving without my receipt as she was trying to refund the extended warranty but I had a stage call and had to go. Will not be shopping there again.
