I went to bring my online return back into Sunridge Urban Planet 01/02/2022. While in the store I found a pair of jeans I liked but I wanted to try them on and they proceeded to tell me that there fitting rooms are closed but I could go to the Marlborough Mall location to try on clothes since their fitting rooms are open? Then when I go up to the till to return my online return the manager told me that she cannot assist me and that I had to go to Marlborough Mall location to do the return? I will not be back to this location the customer service is beyond awful and they don’t like to deal with customers

i tend to shop at this urban planet a lot due to location but less so recently because of a safety concern that occured during my last visit. i wanted to try on an item but as i was leaving the fitting room, i noticed how dusty the vents above were. throughout the following week i struggled with an allergic reaction from the condition of the room. at times, i've had employees glare at me while i was shopping as if i had done something wrong. the clothing itself is perfectly fine, i would reconsider shopping here if these problems were solved otherwise.

Great deals on clothing but understaffed. You cannot find someone to help you and if you do, they are very rude and lack even basic customer service skills. We were there to buy some hoodies and sweatshirts for my son, ended up buying only one because of the rude sales associate who was busy arranging displays. She seemed annoyed when I asked her if there are still sizes available and made me feel like I was disturbing her. I would save my self from rudeness and will just order online.

I went to return shoes this morning they were manufactur default products. They don't stand behind there own products. Manger told me don't take tags off or don't use them than we take them back. If we don't use them how would we know how r they.. I told manger I'm your regular customer i spend hundreds off dollar every. I said I'm not coming back ..she said we don't need your business.. Don't waste your money and time at Urban Planet.. Shop at amazon they stand behind there products..Never gonna shop again at any Urban Planet locations.. June 2nd 2022.. Thanks you. For treatingyour customer like that.

ABSOLUTELY WAS THRILLED TO SEE THE PREVIOUS MANAGER RETURN BACK TO THIS LOCATION.BRAY IS AMAZING. I can see the change and dynamic between the staff now that she took over again. She is amazing at problem solving any issues or concerns presented to her or her wonderfully staff.Thank you for taking care of my problem and ensuring that you value us customers at any given time!

I’ve never had a worse experience at a retail store before. The employees are incredibly understaffed and the service is incredibly poor. I just came in last weekend to get some last minute Halloween costumes, and it seemed like there was barely any staff available. A quick shop became a huge hassle, and I didn’t even make a purchase. Management should know how to organize their store better.

Went there the other day and the sales rep that helped me was Anna and she was super nice and helpful unlike some other sales associates I’ve had in the past. The store is pretty big and has a variety of clothes at very decent prices. I also like this location because it has an outside entrance to avoid going through the mall.

Customer service is extremely poor in this store On 8th may 2023 we visited there for shopping in men section there was employee,I guess she is manager .she was being rude with us .she don’t how to talk with customers especially with courtesy .My father 65+ and my son 9months old she was being rude with my father . We had cart from other store but she should say politely its not allowed .she behaved like unprofessional.I will find her name and complaint to head office as well.

The positive was my 16 year old son was able to get some great deals on some tank tops. $6 bucks for some and $10 on others for higher quality is great.The Men's department is on the top floor and the Women's is on the bottom floor. We of course shopped on the top floor. We went to to the cash registers and were told by the employee we had to make the purchase downstairs. I could see two employees upstairs maybe 3. Not sure why they couldn't ring through our purchase.We went downstairs and only one register was open. We waited behind 5 customers. I could see another two employees folding clothes on this floor.Its nice to get some great deals, but I am gathering with service like this is the reason they are selling tank tops at 10 dollars or less. Just a disappointing experience.
