I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Carrie Murphy today, and I must say that it was an outstanding experience. Dr. Murphy exemplified professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to patient care, all while radiating a positive and uplifting demeanor.From the moment I stepped into her office, Dr. Murphy greeted me with a warm smile and a positive energy that instantly put me at ease. Throughout the appointment, her happy face and positive demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that made the experience even more pleasant.Not only did Dr. Murphy take her time to conduct a thorough diagnosis and listen attentively to my concerns, but she also displayed a genuine concern for my overall well-being. Life changing. It took a year and half of hard work but worth every bit of it. I can ride a bike now. I can take the bus again, write again, read in a crowded room. I can leave my house and go for a walk without fighting off panic attacks the entire time.If you or anyone you know has ever had a concussion I cannot recommend this strongly enough. My worst concussion was over ten years ago and this still worked and healed the damage to my vision to a large extent (I had almost no peripheral vision before I started! Doc did a test with a pencil when I first went and I literally could not see it and now I can it's wild!). I only wish I could have done it sooner.If I ever get another concussion this place will be the first one I call.

After receiving no help from my GP for my severe concussion symptoms, a Chiropractor (referred to me by a friend) told me about VUE Vision Therapy in North York. The reception staff, doctors and client educator have all been exceptionally professional, truly listened to me and are very kind. Assessments were thorough and prompt. I have full confidence that the therapy I am about to receive will be invaluable to my recovery.

A concussion patient MUST! I've struggled for years with eye problems after my concussion. I am so happy I went to seek help from VUE Vision Therapy! The doctors are incredibly knowledgable, vision therapists are encouraging, and the staff are extremely friendly! Therapy sessions have helped me reduce my symptoms and increase my tolerance for screens. THANK YOU SO MUCH :)

Wowwww this clinic has just about changed my whole life since my concussion. I had my first assessment intro appointment yesterday. First off Dr. Quaide makes you feel so heard, seen and understood. I feel so supported and safe and really thought of. For once it wasn't just what textbook says but what I feel and experience. Huge big ups to Vue, the whole team!

Today I graduated after nine months of Vision Therapy at VUE Cubed Vision Therapy Clinic. I suffered a concussion in October 2018 which caused my brain and visual system to not work well together. I've been off work because of the concussion and my job" has been to attend weekly Vision Therapy Sessions and do the daily homework. The team at VUE has been amazing. They are knowledgeable

I was referred to Dr. Quaid a few months following a concussion due to ongoing vision issues. Dr. Quaid and his team did a very thorough vision assessment and explained to me in great detail what was happening with my vision. They recommended a course of vision therapy which involved weekly sessions at their Toronto office. I was in vision therapy for over one year and it made a huge difference! The vision therapists were incredibly helpful, patient and encouraging! In my review appointments with Dr. Quaid he explained my progress, and set realistic attainable goals. I have now been discharged from his care and I am eternally grateful for everything he and his team did to help me recover from my vision deficits!

This place is the worst they just take your money nothing really changes I seen it first hand when I worked there they fired me because I told the HR lady something in confidence all of a sudden the next day I'm fired.... Absolutely no compassion that they so called built them selves on. If they were so called compassionate they wouldn't have such expensive programs. So to be truthful they truly just take your money. I've sat at tables while they discuss how to raise prices by adding nothing new to programs for paitents they have even told me flat out they cannot do anything more for certain paitents yet they keep spending their money going somewhere that is actually doing nothing but taking their money.
