I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible service. My bridesmaid fell in love with a dress and after looking at the catalog, we were told the dress could be ordered in the right color and we would get a call in the next few days. Fast forward to almost 3 weeks later, the dress was never ordered, they returned not a single message and when we finally get in touch with someone, we are told that we are in the wrong, we were never told the dress would be ordered and either way, the dress was not and was never going to be ordered in our color. When I told the worker that we would simply go somewhere else, she then proceeded to put the entire blame on us saying we don't understand things when explained and that she isn't the stupid one and she knows what happened. She would say that she isn't the worker we dealt with because if she was, this would have never happened, but somehow remembered exactly who I was before even saying anything.. Needless to say, absolute waste of time.

Évitez la plaza st hubert !!! Il y a d'autres boutiques ailleurs à Mtl pour robes de mariées. . Robes demoiselles d'honneurs et robes de bals

N'allez surtout pas à la boutique le chic, pire service après vente. La dame qui s'occupe de la boutique manque vraiment de respect aux clients. Le pire service que j'ai eu de toute ma vie!!!!
