Very unprofessional people over there, I bought a coffee table from them a few months ago and they don’t deliver it on time that they said they will, and I called them and they said that they are out of that coffee table. The only coffee table they have is in store that’s already open. So I bought a new coffee table and again they don’t deliver on time. In Canada people should be more professional with their words and business because this is not a place to be late always and not even give a try to call your customers and say that hey we will be little a little bit today. People have work and they can’t stay home all day waiting that when the coffee table is gonna come. Otherwise they have a good store.

not bad for a new furniture store, what attracted me the most was the respect and how nice they treat you. Haven't bought anything yet until I move into my new house but for sure will consider buying from them.Unique pieces! Goodluck you have my support :)

We had a very pleasant experience buying furniture at AE Furniture store. The salesman helped us select the right model by spending time to understand our needs. We purchased living room set, dining table and chairs and bar chairs. The prices are great for the value and quality. Delivery was on time. The delivery crew moved furniture in house, assembled it and cleaned after themselves. Overall excellent service. Highly recommended.

BUYER BEWARE!Biggest crook in London,Read this if you plan on doing any business with this establishment.Went in to this new store that had just opened summer of 2018, decided to buy couches from him in the beginning of August(2018) with a $1500 down payment. He made me wait and wait and wait, every time I would call and or visit the store he would say the couches are in transit, they are held up at the border. Out of sympathy through his begging and pleading for me to just wait, I would agree to wait. Side note he would refuse to give me a refund because he said the deposit has already been placed on the order.After waiting for months! in January (2019) I went into the store and he told me the couches arrived and the are on the truck but...“I needed to wait for him to unload the product because there was too much snow”After a full month of waiting I called him on feb 1st(2019) to find out why I still don’t have my couches. A little context: I was sitting on a chair I had purchased to sit on in the mean time, due to the living room furniture not being there. Again going out of my way waiting for these couches to arrive, I made the purchase a week after I bought my new house. I WAITED 5 FULL MONTHS (aug2018-feb2019)Nonetheless I called on feb 1st and to my surprise the couches had never arrived to the store and I was being lied to!!!! After asking for a refund I was rudely told off on the phone by him. He used the language of someone with no respect or decency!FINALLY! After threatening to pursue legal action he ever so rudely decided to refund me my money, obviously out of pure fear knowing he had screwed me.They do not know how to conduct business and they will be closing down very soon I guarantee it. These people don’t have any ethics in there business practices.YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR RIPPING ME OFF!

I ordered a red sectional from A and E and got outstanding service. These are people that respect their word. Would do business with them again in a hearbeat. Outstanding experience.

Owned locally and a family-run business, which brought me into the store. Found some high quality indoor furniture for a very reasonable price. A+ service, will be back again!

I went to this showroom and was surprised with the furniture he had in the store is from the lowest quality of China. What surprised me the most was that I saw the same furniture being sold in Dubai in a Chinese black market in 2012. Also his prices were 4 times more expensive. He tried convincing that his product is made in maylazia however Malaysian furbiture is not good to start off with. In conclusion both brothers are liers and cheaters. Everyone be aware

The shopping experience was wonderful. At A &E Furniture and lighting. Would say best furniture store with huge variety of things that can make your home unique and beautiful. You'll get variety of choice in living and dining room furniture. Love the store and will be returning to shop again.

Walked in intending to buy some furniture a friend had told me about. The young guy at the store was too busy eating Popeyes to offer any help. Left and went somewhere else in town and got a better deal on better furniture. Dont waste your time here.
