Dr. Cynthia Lau is professional and nice.

My first appointment with Dr. Guam will be the last.From my experience: he is definitely a professional SALES person and I felt that he uses scare tactics to push additional tests that you may not need, so be cautious. He tries very hard to persuade you into purchasing contact lenses from his office and even has a made -at-home price comparison pamphlet (!!!) ready for you look at, when you ask for a contact lens prescription to take with you.It will cost you an additional $50 for him to write you a separate contact lens prescription. I was told if I ordered contacts from him, that $50 gets rolled into the cost of purchase. I've been wearing contact lenses for nearly 25 years with doctors not having issues with providing it for FREE.(I only switched Drs. to see Guam, because my other optometrist retired.)When he found out I wasn't making additional purchases, it seemed to me like he rushed me out and even forgot to wash my eyes out with solution after a test! It wasn't until I left and walked back in, that he remembered.Also - his receptionist, who was operating the machine for the extra test, was on the phone yelling at somebody the entire time, while I sat in the chair in front of her.He's lost a client because of his sales tactics.I would not recommend you come to this establishment, take your money elsewhere!

I had an appointment with Dr. Teresa Yu for an eye exam. It was hard to do an eye exam with my mask on because it fogged up the lens but she insisted that I keep my mask on. I really don’t think she did a thorough job. I was told it would cost $110 to do a basic eye exam with a $10 discount because I’ve been there before. I agreed to do an additional test for $55 and expected to pay $165 but ended up paying $175. I am hesitant about going back.

I cannot say enough about the excellent quality service from Dr. Teresa Yu and the staff Tina, Carman and Crystal at Dr. Kit Guan & Associates.Dr. Teresa Yu is an amazing doctor. Very professional, knowledgeable and has good patience explaining my eye problems thoroughly. Her amazing team are also very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well.Thank you Dr. Yu!

Cannot believe the reviews about bad admin. Carmen is amongst the most helpful and most knowledgeable admins I have ever encountered. Dr Kit Guan is excellent. I have never felt pressured into tests or products. He is very patient and when I was wearing contact lenses, he was willing to let me try different types until we found the pair that worked best for me.

I changed my appointment 3 times & the receptionist was very cheerful & accommodating. She remembered my name when I went & she was as cheerful as ever. Dr. Cynthia Lau checked my eyes carefully & wrote me a new prescription. Last eye test was 4 years ago. She was very thorough & took her time with an older guy. She's very pleasant & highly recommended.

It was kind of difficult to find but the secretary was so kind and explained it to me patiently. Dr. Guan was also professional, gentle and informative. The eye exam was also very thorough.

Receptionist is not polite. The cost is expansive compared to others. Not recommended

Went in for a routine eye exam and had Dr. Ken Wan. During the eye exam, he was friendly, approachable and thorough in addressing all my questions.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. Dr. Kit Guan, the best eye doctor I ever had. Thorough, fast, efficient, caring and professional. Well managed office.
