Kiran Fazal once again helped me with my tax filing for 2022 and as always, she surprises me by providing exceptional services every time. She is so good at her work that it just needs a brief email with important details and she will do the needful and make sure I am always on the same page. Bad service. I will never go to this branch ever again.1. We were double booked so we just opted for drop off2. The accountant did not make any follow up, we called the branch after 4 days to know what’s the status3. Our account was passed to another accountant and we were scheduled to meet Monday after work4. We went to the branch as scheduled andaccountant is not present. She went home.UNPROFESSIONAL

I had a horrible experience in 2022 at another location. HORRIBLE. I caved and made an appt for 2pm today. I arrived at 150pm, no greeting from either person behind the desk, stood there for 90 seconds before one of the ladies looked up and asked how she could help. I was asked to take a seat, I asked how long and was told 10 minutes. At 2:20 I asked what the wait was and the lady seemed like she forgot I was sitting there. After the 2022 exp I knew I had a short fuse so I was ready to leave. I asked for my stuff back and was going to leave, the lady wouldn't give my papers back, she stood up and went to ask the accountant I had my appointment with how long and then he seemed surprised like he forgot I was there and remarkably he was free to help... I sat down seething for 2 minutes and decided I was in no mood from any more disrespect from this company, I got up and left. When I booked this appointment at a ne location I explained my 2022 experience and stopped short of begging to be paired up with a professional person. This company does not care about the service levels they give.

We do our taxes here every year with Vanesh Seusankar and its always a great experience. He's very diligent, polite, respectful, and takes his time. We won't do our taxes with anyone else.

I went to H&R block for a simple tax return. The individual responsible for filing my taxes made an error resulting in a huge amount needing to be repaid to H&R block. I was then advised that although it was solely the fault of their associate as to why the mistake was made, I am still responsible for the payment. Nothing is being done to rectify the situation and I received terrible customer service. If you would like your taxes done correctly, avoid this company at all costs.

Sarita was great! She helped me answer all of my questions in a way that helped me understand the situation. Very informative and also made sure to have my best interests in mind. Looking forward to seeing her again next year.

DO NOT USE THEM-A bunch of liars that just say things you want to hear, they tell you one thing and then it’s actually another, when confronted on this they said “we didn’t see the other information” as professionals why would you give answers to questions before you looking at the information. Staff was however respectful but they just want your money that’s it so they will lie to make it sound all fine and happy.
