All the pieces are very elegant and beautiful. Price is reasonable and affordable.

By far the worst customer service experience, if I could I wouldn't even give a single star. My family and I went to purchase some jewellery. At first the lady was kind and helpful and showed us a lot of options. She gave us the prices as we looked through the pieces. At the end we were interested in 2 to 3 necklaces. However, when it came time to pay she increased the price and immediately became very rude and started to yell. Everyone in the store heard the price that she originally provided, but she insisted that we were lying. Then she pointed towards the camera and said she will pull up the recording just to prove us wrong. We agreed and encouraged her to check. She disregarded this and continued to yell and said we were wrong. To avoid further conflict and embarrassment we began to walk out as she was still yelling (I would like to point out that all this was over $10 which we would have happily paid). No jewellery is worth the uncomfortable experience that we had to deal with. If you have any self respect please avoid this store, there are plenty of other options in that area.

I purchased beautiful pieces from this store, and the customer service was amazing. The lady was very nice and she seemed genuine as well. She helped me find a stylish necklace for my sister’s function and was very patient with me.
