I visited the Koodo location at the Milton mall and Alexander was super friendly and informative. He informed me on all promotions and was able to answer all of my questions. He was patient and worked quickly. I recommend visiting him for your phone needs.

Honestly I see why this location has 5 stars and all around great reviews. Made the switch from Bell to Koodo years ago and definitely one of the best decisions I've made for my phone/ customer service. This Koodo location in particular is great, the staff working were super helpful, answered all my questions and got me set up with a new phone on the spot.Would 10/10 recommend switching to Koodo, and would 10/10 recommend visiting the guys here for their great customer service & friendly enthusiasm.

Excellent, proactive solution-finding individuals working here! They went above and beyond to help me get a data plan which I needed desperately as I had burned through my monthly data due to extensive travelling while relocating across provinces. I highly recommend!
