I took their services twice. This is the last time. The taxi drivers are rude, cheap and try to charge you more taking false turns and stepping on the gas at red lights. This driver tried to take $5 tip from me on a $15 ride. I literally had to argue with him to get it back. Find another taxi service even if you have to wait.

I use Bob taxi all the time and they are ALWAYS on time. VERY reliable and when they say 3:30am my car will be here, it was here. Thanks again Bob!

Good stander driving service. Never know what kind of music u get when u enter in the taxi. But I don't mind. It tell you a little bit about the driver. In a good way. And for the drivers them self has for now always been polite. safe and patient. thank you

The last time I called Bob Taxi the driver asked me whether I was paying with cash once we got to my destination. When I told him I was using a card, he quickly pressed some buttons and then added his own tip of 20% before giving me the interac machine. I thought a tip was supposed to be freely given by the customer. It made me feel really uncomfortable and weird but i just paid anyway and got out of his car quickly. I dread calling regular taxis and taking them alone, but Lyft is not allowed to pick people up in Outaouais for some weird reason. I always give good tips to drivers. He didn't need to do that.
