We have been patients of Dr. Munro and Parkview Dental for almost twenty years. The dental services over the past two decades has always been amazing. Thank you.

Was there on time for my appt, 1 hour later was told 5 minutes and then 20 minutes later still havent been called. Not the first time this has happened. Seems to be everytime their extremely behind. And no heads up saying their behind come later or anything. Dont plan your appt on a day where you have something to do later!! Nothing against the reception staff at all. Nothing to do with them.

Wait times are awful. If your appt. is 10:00 don’t expect to get in for some patients as others seem to get them on time. So, if you want to wait for for an hour after your appt. Time don’t go there. I had an an appt. A month ago for what was to suppose to happen but I had some things to discuss so what I waited for for over an hour that didn’t happen then they.rescheduled so a month later I had to wait again while others got in within 20 min. I make a desperate point to meet my timings an to put up with this treatment is appoint. I refuse to put up with their time being more important than mine. Never again.

If I could give zero stars I would. The front desk and hygienists are lovely, they aren’t the problem. I went in for a very simple procedure that ended up costing me thousands of dollars in having to get it fixed by other dentists and surgeons. When a dentist looked at my X-ray from an unnecessary crown, he said “who did this to you?!” I ended up with an abscess behind my crown resulting in a root canal. I was given two fillings without my consent, I was unaware this was happening as I’d never had a crown put in before so I didn’t know what to expect. After 6 hours in the chair and a $2500 bill I was exhausted and stressed. I was constantly asked to buy their products, given a list of procedures I needed done the length of my arm and they kept telling me “oh but you have insurance”. 70% of 2500 still leaves a hefty bill. Since this crown I have been in and out of other dentists trying to fix what has happened to my mouth. A simple crown will now cost me upwards of $6000. Please be educated on what your needs are before entering this building and know how to say “no”.

I suffer from pretty severe anxiety, shyness among other things and the team at Parkview always makes me feel at ease and comfortable. They do a great job and always make sure I am not in any discomfort or pain. Last time I was there Dr. K was very kind. I told him about my sciatica and he made sure i was always comfortable. When I first came to Parkview in 2016 my teeth were in very bad shape after not having been to a dentist in almost 15 years. They have been working with me to improve my dental health and it is very much appreciated.

Before moving to Pembroke I had amazing Dental service in Toronto. When I moved to Pembroke I tried a couple different dentist before finding Parkview dental. This will be my dental office as long as I live in Pembroke. Staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. You truly feel that they care about your health.

My experience at Parkview Dental is always pleasant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though I’d rather not go to the dentist I know I am in good hands with Dr. Munro cause he always does an excellent job as does his staff. Even when my daughter had her wisdom teeth out, after the surgery Dr Monroe called us to see how she was doing.

I no longer go to Parkview dental, I have found a new place I absolutely love. This new place has never told us that we needed more work than we actually did, because you know, not being dentists ourselves, we take their word for it, always ask to see the proof people. At this new place they have never shocked us by telling us that our son needs so many fillings done because we take such good care of his teeth, brushing a minimum of twice per day and flossing every single night. This new place also never told me that I needed a filling redone due to having one that was very old just to end up not getting reimbursed by my dental plan because it wasn't even 2 years old. This new place has never put my poor son under general anesthesia at the tender age of 4 for no good reason. I'm glad I found an honest good place to go now.
