I called this company to have my car towed from Main Street Delhi to 767 Brantford Road. On the phone I was told the cost would be $100. plus tax. My son called when he got home from work to meet them in Delhi with the keys. He was told it would be $125. with tax. That tow job cost me $142. instead of the $115. quoted. That's totally unacceptable and poor business practice. The cost was outrageous for going 8.1KM. I will NEVER deal with this company again and if anybody asks me about them I will say FIND ANOTHER TOWING COMPANY!11111""

I recently had to call SOS towing for one of my customers.Unfortunately they had put their 2 year old daughter in their car and closed the door once they buckled her up. Both sets of keys were in the vehicle with the doors locked.With both parents in a complete panic (understandable) as well as the 2 year old crying because she didn’t know what was happening. The Mom called CAA. Not being a member, CAA made the frantic mother sign up for a membership BEFORE they would send someone out.The dad came into my store, to let me know what was going on.I overheard the Mom talking with CAA…I was absolutely appalled that these poor parents needed to hand over their credit card information before anyone would help them.I immediately called SOS towing. Explaining the urgency of the situation. The driver was here in 10 minutes! No questions, just here! He was empathetic, kind, and understanding.Highly recommend supporting the small guys!!

We had a break down and Adam from SOS came to our rescue. He was super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He arrived fast, diagnosed the problem quickly and had us on our way. I would recommend this company 10 out of 10.

Was there in half the quoted time, job was done quickly (pull out) waited to see me back on the road. Worker was friendly.
