AW Excavating & Drainage

Once again A/W drainage did a great job. They fixed my leaky basement I have used them before and had the same great service. When they were done they did a great job cleaning up the mess. Well knowledgeable and competitive pricing as I got a few other quotes.

We had AW fellas here to stop water coming in at a couple spots in our basement. They were fast and had new perimeter drain in and a good clean up done in a couple days, I thought it would have taken longer to do a job of this size but they had it done quick for a very reasonable price. And no more water. Thank you.

I had water pouring into my basement. I called a few places and it seemed like these other companies didn't even want to come and look. I called Don From Aw Drainage and he was at my place with in a hour. He disconnected down pipes and had a pump going with in a few minutes of arriving. He figured out the problems with my drains and fixed them quickly at a reasonable price. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

We have work done over the summer period by another Excavating company, whose careless work in relation to our drainage resulted in a flood which they refused to warranty their work, leaving us to deal with the mess and take on additional cost. We called AW Excavating who immediately stopped by and assessed the situation. Not only did they provide us with a practical solution but they were extremely knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Part way through the work, once they uncovered the problem, they provided a further cost effective solution saving us money and warranted the work for 5 years, which was great to have someone standby their work,. AW Excavating was in and out, keeping disruptions to a minimal, and the crew was extremely polite and courteous which is even better when you have young kids around. We will be using AW excavating moving forward for any future needs in similar nature.

I have used these guys more than once. There price was great and they did a good job.I would recommend them to anyone.

I had this company replace my drain tile last year. If I could give negative stars I would. So many issues I will list as short as possible1) crew threw chunks of concrete into my garden.2) did not complete the job as agreed He canceled once he realized his quote was to low instead of discussing extra money with me then later came back quoting me double for the remainder of the work3) the work was poorly done and not done to current code. the front of my house has foundation on grade. So I have access to his work the drain pipe is graded in the wrong direction away from the sump causing the corner of my yard to be perpetualy soggy. He tied my rain leaders into the drain tile which is not acceptible by today's code.4) when I confronted him on these issues he refused to deal with any of them saying it will be fine" I put a complaint into the BBB they were useless and he continued to refuse to fix the issues. When I pointed out he is leagaly responsible to to install to code he referred me to his lawyer. I dont have the money to start a court battle so I feel have no recourse.I am now stuck redoing half of their work digging by hand because I dont want to pay to have this done twice. I can only hope the rest of the covered work isnt done so poorly.If you do decide to go with this company please do yourself a favor and demand that they pull a permit for the work this will force him to do it right. If he refuses walk away no reputable company will refuse to pull a permit it will just cost you a bit more but trust me it's worth the extra money"

During the November storms half of our basement flooded three times. We called AW Drainage and Excavating because they were in Mission and also were registered with the BBB. We phoned them and Don came over right away with a verbal quote, then his workmen dug a hole and put in a sump pump right away. From December 1st to the 4th they dug up part of the north side, the west side, and partial east perimeters of the house to the front steps. They took out old blocked perimeter drainage pipes and installed new ones. They gave us a five year warranty which only lasted five weeks. During the next big rain the basement flooded even worse than ever before. We asked Don by phone to come back and fix the problems. He said he was coming over several times, but never showed up. Instead he sent his men who said the pipes must be frozen". and dug up part of the perimeter drain again. The pipes have not frozen in our 12 years here. So then they said it was our fault for asking for gravel under the pipes. After gaining a little more knowledge we asked them to make sure they had sealed any cracks correctly

I had issues with my septic. Called AW Excavating and Drainage and they fixed the problem very quickly. Bunch of great guys and very customer friendly. Would recommend.

Don was a pleasure to work with, he showed up when he said he would and his quote was spot on. 10 out of 10
