Went in looking for a flower arrangement for Father’s Day that I saw on the website. It was made within a couple of hours and turned out BEAUTIFUL. So accommodating and let my little girl pick out the flowers she wanted to add for her dad.Thanks for the fantastic service. We will definitely be back !

I rarely leave a negative review, but I was terribly disappointed with the bouquet I purchased for Mother's Day. It was ordered in advance and I picked it up while visiting my mother in Campbellford. Last year, I had done the same (but had it delivered as I wasn't in town that weekend) and my mother had said it was the most beautiful bouquet she had ever received. She left a glowing review and even stopped by the shop to let them know how pleased she was with the flowers. I was thrilled and when I saw the photo of them she had shared with me, I was equally impressed. Given all that, it just made sense to order the same from this shop again this year. Sadly, however, the bouquet I picked up was far less impressive and looked barely better than something I could have picked up at the grocery store (only the addition of a single rose made it any different). I actually saw something very similar in the grocery store later that day for approximately half the price. The flowers were very commonplace and even the greenery wasn't attractive. It was a vastly different and far inferior bouquet than what she had received last year even though I had ordered at a similar price point. Most of all, I was just very disappointed as these flowers were meant to be something special for my mother on Mother's Day.

Been a place I’ve shopped at for years. Always intrigued by their variety and presentation!!

Feb. 23, 2022, I received flowers From Caroline's. Unfortunately they were not the flowers ordered and payed for. (pic#1) Was The Flowers Ordered . This is what I received. ( Pic#2) Thank God Earth Angel Design corrected this terrible mishap. (Pic #3) These are the flowers Earth Angle Designs Delivered. The General Manager at Caroline's stated the flowers ordered were not available. Instead of turning down the money they sent dead and broken daisies. Only posting this review so this does happen to someone else.

My partner got me flowers here, they were definitely not a very good quality, late delivery, and lots of weeds, and got mold within two days on the weeds which affected the actual flowers.. nice staff just better experience with other floristsFlowers are such a sentimental thoughtful gift, and I don’t want the same to happen to someone else trying to give the gift of flowers! All love hopefully they can work out the kinks experienced.

My mother lives in the Campbellford area, but I live in Toronto. I have ordered flowers from Caroline's twice, most recently for this Mother's Day. Ordering online is easy and straightforward. The deliveries arrived as expected on the date specified. My mom has greatly enjoyed the arrangements I have ordered for her. Thanks for helping me make her smile!

As a 10 year regular customer of Caroline's Organics & Florist, I have spent on average $1,000.00 a year for fresh flowers for my home. In addition, I have found unique gifts in her shop for special occasions. Caroline's is a 6 gold star operation in my opinion!

Absolutely love this florist!!!!! The customer service was excellent!! The arrangement they sent on my behalf was truly gorgeous and so unique and the friend I sent them to LOVED AND RAVED about it. I know florists don't have every single flower onhand so I do trust them to use what they have and this florist went above and beyond...even sent me a photo for my approval...highly recommend using them for all your floral/plant needs...only wish they were in Alberta as I would use them for EVERYTHING. Great pricing as well!! LOVE THEM!!!
