THEY WILL SCAM YOU DO NOT GO HEREMy old car broke down so I wanted to put my insurance on hold. They then said all they can do is cancel. So I proceed since the car is literally broken, but I was eventually able to repair my car later.Now I am trying to get insurance, not only does nobody want to insure me because I have a gap of insurace, but ESSOR is now charging me 3x the amount I used to pay plus an additional 150$ because I canceled my insurace and I am considered high risk. They are telling me it is my fault since I should have put the car in storage" instead of cancelling

Absolutely horrible all around - wait times are at least an hour to get through, customer service is terrible, disgusting rates that are not competitive. They will scam you with high rates. Do not waste your time here.
