Sports Medicine Experts has been an incredible experience. They were able to get me in quickly after my knee, ankle and calf injury, they were thorough during my physio appointments and provided me with both the knowledge and hands on exercises to continue on my own. Their facility is clean and their staff are very friendly.Highly recommended SME for all your physio needs.

A huge thank you to Jen and her team. I first met them several years ago due to strain and tension from my job as a dental hygienist but have been seeing them more lately from the physical pain I have been experiencing from the stress in my personal life. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I love the the view from their new clinic and how they have all of the equipment there for you to use not only to demo the exercises they want you to practice but welcome you to come and use it when you need to. They have been my heroes for my physical health and my mental health as well and for that I will forever be grateful.

Likely the worst experience I’ve had with a medical office and professional in a long time.Came into office for a 9 am appointment. No one was at the desk. Doctor walked in, didn’t even acknowledge me and walked on by. 5 min later someone finally came to the front desk - also didn’t acknowledge me. And then asked rudely, “are you here for an appointment, or? You need to go to the second floor for that” (when it clearly said on the sign to go to the third floor). I walk down to the 2nd floor, same guy greets me (again, rudely).Doctor saw me for 10 minutes and dismissed me with a “prescription” to see a physio. When I asked for for advice on who to see in the area, he brushed me off and ignored it. All I got was a piece of paper that said “physio recommended”.It’s clear this doctor and his team cared more about their building renovation than their patients that they supposedly serve. Incredibly bad experience, do not recommend.

I've been a customer at Sports Medicine Experts for both my knee and ankle injuries. My conditions have improved significantly since working with Stan and Alan. All the staff here are super friendly, patient and knowledagble. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Had an excellent experience at Sports Medicine Experts being treated with physiotherapy and acupuncture. The customer service with the front desk team is exceptional. They are personable, knowledgeable and so fast! You are in very good hands here.

The Sports Medicine Experts helped me rehab from two separate sports injuries. Their staff was great to work with and got me back to playing at my best.

Playing a sport at a high level for 15 years, I dealt with a lot of injuries and therapists all over North America and Europe, but my experience at this clinic was one of the best. After a recent injury I saw Jenn and can’t say enough about the professionalism and knowledge within the clinic. This allowed them to diagnose me properly and use techniques that put me on an appropriate but quick recovery. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who’s dealing with an injury or is in pain and wants to get back to feeling 100% again.

I am a professional basketball player who plays overseas in Croatia and for the Honey Badgers of the CEBL. Chose Sports Med Experts for my back to sport rehabilitation following my hip arthroscopy. I’ve been working with Jenn, who’s been great in meeting my specific rehab needs as well as ensuring I receive top care through her extensive knowledge of the body & therapy methods. Haven’t worked with others on staff but they all seem extremely capable & knowledgable as well. Good sized rehab space with all the necessary rehab equipment & a very friendly environment to heal yourself! Would recommend to anyone, athlete or not.

Can't say enough about The Sports Medicine Experts. They took the time to listen and assess my injury and helped me work slowly to getting back to where I needed/ wanted to be. They were always positive, professional but also personable. At The Sports Medicine Experts you really feel like you're part of a team that is invested in your success, whether that's a return (and performance improvement) in your sport, or a return to a less painful state as you carry out the demands of your day-to-day life.
