I had an appointment at 8:30 am the shuttle driver took me to work and it was a simple oil change. Come lunch time I assumed it would be done??? Wasn't even looked at yet ...S.A. claimed was so busy....The shuttle driver showed up at 2:30 and told me the shop was dead. When I got my bill it was 3 times more than expected 3 days before Christmas and I was told at the time of booking they would contact me if there was anything more that a charge for oil and filter. When i texted the s/a about the overcharge without consent, he did not even respond to me. I have changed to preferred dealer. Money hungry for sure!

My wife and I needed to find a new car as our Nissan Rogue blew a transmission. We had originally taken a 2016 Trax for a test drive, but it didn't suit our needs. We were on a time crunch and the sales team loaned us a 2019 Equinox for 4 days to get a feel for it. This was a great vehicle, however we decided to pass on this one and go for a 2019 Kia Sportage. Nic and the sales team took great care of us and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Very friendly and professional. It was probably the best experience I have had when buying a vehicle. I had questions... they gave me answers right away... Remi in the sales department was probably the most professional and humble person I have ever met. Really great guy... I say this because he listened to what I wanted and what my concerns where. I had already done my research on what I wanted and he answered more questions. Ian in the finance department another great guy. Kept me up to date on everything that was going on. These guys where amazing. My whole experience was amazing. Great job guys. You deserve many kudos. Thank you for the awesome experience. I love my truck...

Sales person was extremely helpful and when out of his way to make me feel comfortable & important.

First time I go to this dealer, they dent my diver door. Now, the rear tires are bald at 20k and have had a rotation. I try getting in asap so the tires don't continue to get damaged and have no openings for appointments for 3 weeks.

Absolutely All Around Great Service.This is my first purchase of a new pickup, I was so nervous when I arrived, and at times, I was lost for the proper words to say. Charlie had turned that right around. Not once did I feel pressured like I had before when I bought a used vehicle. I became more excited to buy, even though I decided on one of two trucks .She presented herself like I was a friend she knew, not rep. Her way of a humble approach made me at ease to decide what I would like in my new truck. I am also impressed with her knowledge of what I was looking for in the two trucks I looked at. Was having issues with my oil pressure in my truck. The first call was due to being told my Ecm may possibly be my problem. Called True North and service department was excellent. They explained a few things and decided a hour of diagnostics was the way to go. Thank you service department!!Booked my truck in and service department was excellent in the communication and turned out to be a smaller problem. Truck fixed with no issues since! Thank you for the excellent service!If I could give 10 stars I could! :)

I tried to book an oil change for my new truck as the dealer always recommends doing any and all service through them to ensure the warranty. By phone booking was impossible and I kept getting transferred and being given the run around by the staff at the dealer. After multiple failed attempts I drove over to the dealer and booked the oil change on Dec 15th. On Dec 20th, the day of my appointment, I received an text message 1 hour before my scheduled oil change advising me they couldn’t do my oil change and to contact them to re-book. This has been a long standing issue with Chevy/GM dealers and the service department at these dealers is a disaster and always will be…

Made appointment to have a/c checked 2 weeks ago. They called in the afternoon having the truck all day and said they had no time to look at our truck. Service only had excuses. However had time to check under hood but failed to close it. My wife could have been killed on the highway. Careless, dangerous, absolutely will not return or recommend.
