Cody is very prompt and reliable. He responded to my call late afternoon, the next morning came to check our hot water tank and in the same day we received a new hot water tank. He also resolved our plumbing problems in the kitchen. We are very satisfied and would definitely use him again. Highly recommend his services.

THIS is the company to go with! Cody needs a cape - I called him at 1:30pm on a Friday and he squeezed me in at 4pm. He quickly confirmed the problem, and set me up with a parts list and a pump for the weekend so I could tackle the issue myself (my preference in this case). He even offered support - technical and moral varieties - via text and FaceTime when I struggled and he was in the city. I have tried other plumbing companies on the Coast and was shocked by their lack of knowledge and professionalism. Cody will be my go-to person for all future plumbing and gas needs. I highly recommend Pink Plumbing and Gas!!! We had a frozen pipe issue at our shop. There was no water and the pipes were really frozen and heating the exposed pipes inside the building wasn’t working. There was also no obvious shut off valve outside. Cody suggested we contact the town as the building is very old and there was no crawl space. With the help of a town employee on his day off, we managed to locate the outside shutoff, Cody was able to warm the shut off area in the dark and -10 temperatures and get our water running again before our pipes burst. He was amazing… responding to my text messages promptly and coming to our rescue with such a positive attitude. There is an obvious reason for all his great reviews. He truly lives up to what everyone says about him. My staff and I are all so thankful for everything he did for us.

I texted Cody with a water heater issue that appeared on Christmas. He spent quite a bit of time helping me to troubleshoot and determined it was likely an electrical issue and not with the tank. Even though he did not come to my house or charge for his time he was very generous with his knowledge and gave me a couple of recommendations for electricians in my area. With everyone so busy these days it is nice to find people who take time to share their knowledge and want to help even when they won’t be charging. As a tradesman myself I take that as a strong indication of professional integrity and I plan to call Cody when I have plumbing work to be done in the future.

It's snowing in Gibsons on a Saturday night past 8pm.I left a message that my boiler had stopped working and 10 minutes later Cody called me from his weekend away and helped me solve the problem over the phone.Now that is service above and beyond expectation.Thank you Pink Plumbing and Cody.Happy Saturday again.

Cody was very knowledgeable and helpful. He addressed our concerns over the phone, and was very thorough in considering all possible causes of the problem. He walked us through the possibilities, taking the time to explain each scenario, and what could be done about it. In the end, he came up with a possibility we could easily address that no one else had suggested, and assured us that it was very unlikely there was any other major problem.We really appreciated his expertise, and will definitely call him again if we have any concerns in the future!

Amazing. Cody came spur of the moment to look at some upcoming work I need done around my house. He showed up right as my hot water on demand stopped working.
