Extremely rude and careless evening employees. Party city please fix your door and your worker’s attitude!

Ordering online was horribly frustrating. My order would not place due to an error the website wouldn't show me. I called for support they told me to redo my order so the quantities would be up to date, so I readded my 12 things which was time consuming. Then after it finally lets me order, half of the things were out of stock and cancelled from my order. Their website needs some serious maintenance. Will order somewhere else next time! Planning parties is supposed to be fun.

This place was so poorly stocked, the staff was so unhelpful and unfriendly, it’s such a shame

Really nice clean layout. Ladies were quick to come help. And I appreciated that they let you take costumes out to look at them before purchase. Very happy with my experience

Apparently birthday invitations is not a thing anymore unless it's peppy pig or paw patrol....they also need to either have more themes for kids birthdays or swap out what they have with more options.

No pirate stuff for birthday parties :( asked staff and they said they sold out from Halloween, which was months ago, so I'm surprised they have no stock. I asked staff if they had any ideas of other places to try and they said no. Staff were in the corner having a not work appropriate conversation and seemed generally uninterested in talking to us. Luckily the dollar store staff nearby was kind and chatty, even giving us a few ideas of places to look.

I dropped in to grab two small balloons last minute more than 10 minutes before they closed as I get off work late and was told their helium tanks were shut down" for the evening. Unfortunate planning on my part

Had the worst experience. Reached the cash counter to buy paper napkin. The lady at the cash just completely ignored me went to serve the other customer behind me as if I wasnt even there.

So we pick a costume great. Got the item number. Let's find someone. Wait in the till line. Nice orange hair lady puts it in the machine. Says 15 min and check the black bin. Yes okay, I see it is busy. Shop around, check black bin, not yet, shop around, check bin, angry lady complaining about wait, back away, don't be her I think, shop around, check bin, everyone is getting theirs. Toddler is getting upset becuase he thinks we were first. Wait by bin, waiting... someone asks for one and gets it right away! I almost cry okay, so I ask someone going to the back. He says the printer is down, he goes in back and grabs the costume within a minute. That sucked maybe I should have been with the angry lady. I go to pay, different till lady takes someone's costume number. My turn, I let her know that their system may not work as I waited for 30-40 mins. She then proceeds to explain to me I had to order the costume at the front (I did) and then go to the black bin (I did) while smiling like I'm stupid. Ok, I really try to explain that is exactly what I did and it didn't work. Anyway my kid got the costume they wanted after an hour.
