I agree with a previous reviewer regarding the pharmacy. Just wanted a comparable option for something they didn’t have in stock and the pharmacist made a point to explain how busy they were, would not answer the question, and I was told to wait 20 minutes if I wanted a response. Another worker restocking did help me out but the experience at the pharmacy was off putting unfortunately.

There's not much to say. I only went here once, and it was the same as most full-size shoppers. It does have a post office at this location (the reason for my visit).

I was at this store today to purchase a Nintendo switch and game for a friend. Alex was so helpful in getting the console and game for me and helped Connor as I paid with multiple cards and cash. Both were extremely patient and professional. Shoppers Drug Mart is lucky to have these two as employees!

Hide your Ontario license. Employees will treat you worse if they know you are from Ontario.

I was in your store around noon last Sunday. When I went to pay for my purchases there was no cashier - only the auto checkout. I am a senior and have made the conscious decision not to use the auto checkout in any store so did not know to use the machine. I pushed the button for help. No one came. There was a customer service person nearby chatting with someone who glanced at me but did not offer to help. When the chatting was over I had to actually walk to her to ask for help. I feel strongly that there should be a cashier available at all times for those of us who are not comfortable with the auto checkout or those who wish to pay cash. By the way, there were two more seniors behind me in the same situation.

Usually, I am a fan of Shoppers Drug Mart and specifically get my prescriptions through their pharmacy at the location on Vaughan Harvey Blvd. because it is convenient and great service. Tonight was a different story. Specifically made a trip earlier in the week to order my prescription so I could quickly pick it up this evening with no hassle or waiting around. Tonight after work I returned to pick up and the prescription was not ready, service was rude and very slow. Considering Costco where prescriptions are cheaper. Very disappointing.

The post manager Jay mocked my illness and used it against me. When I tried to informed the owner about his behavior he told me Jay already told him everything I asked him to review the tapes and gave him my phone number to call me back he refused to listen . Do not shop at this shoppers location staff is rude and the owner does not care about medical conditions . Jay also doesnt not think signature parcels require you to identify the person giving the signature it's a service that cost $2 a parcel that according to Jay provides no security for your packages at this location hes not required to match a name to the signature Canada post strongly disagreed where I have files a complaint .

The nicest staff & pharmacy staff so far is Vaughn Harvey Shoppers in my opinion.

The level of customer service in the pharmacy has gone from ok, to rude, to egregious. The owners are pleasant, but the majority of the pharmacy staff now seem to lack basic customer service skills. Fortunately, there are many other options.

Don't buy your cosmetics there! Bought a lise watier product.... only to get home and find its been opened, crusty and used or returned previously.So giving the benefit of the doubt .... I called the cosmetics dept and was told I could not exchange this until NEXT THURSDAY due to seniors day 20% off policy, no exchanges until the following WEEK. I called another store, And in fact, this is not the case, they will be happy to see me tomorrow for an exchange even though it's not where I purchased it. Mountain rd is where I'll be going from here on in!Yes, stuff happens, I getit, but Vaughn Harvey Shoppers will not ever get my business again. CSI is not their priority
