Very nice manager zineb, she is so sweet and very understanding and helpful i am moving soon i can't wait to experience it

They are the best specially Zainb the manager, they are very friendly and helpful and the service us right away if we need help .

I used to live in this apartment for 2 years, they are very nice people and I like the positive energy of the office, all of them are supportive, They (Zainb (manager), Edipo and Maude) always welcome you with a smile. I would like to special thanks to Maude who helped me to find my documents.

I moved to that beautiful place I’m happy I moved here they have amazing service and actually they have a nice apartment what ever I say about it it’s not enough

you guys... just save yourself the time and do not live here. although i enjoyed being close to downtown and near my friends, it is just not worth it. like all the other low rated reviews, it's loud, dirty, it smells, construction inside, cockroaches all the time despite all the treatments they do. My apartment flooded one time due to the neighbours pipes, ruined some of my belongings. they always had to 'come into my apartment to check' on many random things. Fire alarms going off once a week at least, elevators not working, power outages, etc. Despite things not being fixed in my apartment, they came in weekly to see what they would improve for the next tenant. Honestly, it was exhausting how many notices I received from them telling me they needed to come into my apartment for something, they should've just moved in with me. anyway, it's a nice location and it isn't their fault about the noise outside.. but city noise hardly bothers me. it was exciting for me at first because it was the first apartment i ever lived in alone so i had good memories, but definitely think about living here before you commit!

When I moved into this building, I did so out of necessity and with low expectations.Despite everything, my stay hasn't been perfect, but It has been very positive, without pest problems and with brilliant attention from the staff, mainly from Maude Chagnon, who is always friendly, attentive and helpful.You'll love the views and the indoor pool.

We rented this apartment (8th floor) almost a year ago, my daughter lives in it and it's steps away from her school (Concordia) and she loves it (she loves its pool as well:). I visit her nearly every month. Reason I wanted to contribute to the reviews is that, when people are doing an outstanding job, it should be rewarded. All the staff here, from manager to security, are incredibly friendly, helpful and positive. Maude, Zineb, Edipo.. Whenever we needed something, they always went above and beyond to help us. I am so so sorry, I don't remember his name, one of the security guys (I mean they're probably all good but this is the one I talked to) is sooo kind that I feel awful for not being able to put his name here too (I'll ask again and write it in the comments). Thank you so so much, each and every one of you. As a mom whose daughter lives in another province, these people give me peace of mind, thinking that she's in good hands.

I have lived at this address for about 4 years now and I have enjoyed my experience here with both the residence and the workers.Bureau workers have made the experience much more personable and positive. It is not to say that there have not been inconveniences along the way but the work force here have always been more than helpful to ease the difficulties. Lately, Maude in the bureau, along with her team, have been such a great help making my past, and last, year at this property a much more enjoyable experience.Maude has been a kind face and a great help when it comes to daily challenges of life. Losing a key is quickly solved problem due to her diligence and general sunny & motivated disposition. It is easy to see that Maude and her team do care about the residents of 2250 Guy. More recently, her and her team went door to door to give out kind thank you notes to the residents.It is that kind of attitude and those kinds of gestures that have made living here an enjoyable experience.Thank you 2250 Guy!
