The techs at this shop have absolutely no idea what they are doing.I have been here three times for what should have been a 30 minute wheel change. I brought a set of brand new wheels and rims to install on my truck, pre-mounted and balanced. The tech didn’t understand that they were push through center caps, so he installed my old caps on top of the new rims and scratched them (picture attached). The shop offered to repaint them, which seemed like a fair reparation at the time. When I picked it up, the shop made a big charade of it, telling me I needed to give them five stars on google and even taking a video of me without my consent. Once I got my truck back, the steering wheel began vibrating at high speeds, which it had never done before. I brought my truck back to the shop for the third time to get the tires rebalanced. The same tech who installed the rims incorrectly at the beginning was lazy enough to put the weights on the outside of my brand new painted rims (picture attached). And my truck is STILL SHAKING!I gave them three opportunities to make things right and they mishandled it differently each time. Safe to say, I will not be risking my truck or wasting my time at this shop, and I suggest you don’t either.

This was a great experience. Not because they went above and beyond but because I went in for an oil change and that’s what they did. They didn’t try up sell me on anything. They asked if I wanted an oil change I said yes and please check the tires. They filled the tires and changed the oil. Exactly what I asked for with no other BS. They were slightly understaffed and busy at the time but in my eyes it went perfect. I said, they did.Awesome service thank you very much.

I have been here three times since I have moved in the area and the employees are always very knowledgeable and kind. The service is thorough, but fast. This time in particular, Francis helped me with my oil change. He was very kind, happy and helpful. Francis gave me options to help my vehicle and I appreciate his help. Thank you!
