I called A List for an overnight Guard service as the companies i was calling where not picking up. The dispatch office had decent customer service from the start. They got us a guard to one of my properties within the hour without hesitation. Derick assisted me in understanding the actual requirement of the building, and the owner was on-site checking on the guards regularly. I was also able to obtain body camera footage for the insurance reasons for the damage. Thank you and keep it up!

A worse company ever to work .Very unprofessional and unorganized.The dispatcher ask for ur photos when u on-site what that hack what they did with those photos so scared and quit after one day almost three months now and did not get paid .The person at their office no patience no customer service rude and dnt even know what to do.My worse experience Horrible company in every aspect

I worked in the office and I know the owners care about their clients and employees. The company is growing fast and the pay was great, but sadly I had to move cities. Would definitely recommend!

What a terrible security they have! I was just at a mall near chinook and one of your guard was taking up two parking stall in a full parking lot so i asked the security to empty the space for other cars and she said she has the right to take up the stalls as it is her important part of the job! I have worked as security for years and never had to park and inconvenience others unless it was for crowd control. So disrespectful to people around her and showed no professionalism as a security at all! And she was chatting with her friend and after i said i will put in a complaint she tells her friend to go somewhere else so she wont be in trouble. If they are hiring people like this I can definetly tell this company is not trustworthy. I have the license plate of the vehicle so if you as company want to know who it was on 2022 july 29th at 1500 just cross check the plate number with the hour your guard was working ill be more than happy to send the license plate photo.

Worked for this company for almost 4 years and had no issues. The manager did a tremendous job of allocating hours and providing flexible schedule for me. I gained a lot of experience working here.

I have used Alist security since they were founded for daily mobile patrols & static guards in emergencies and for property protection when large festivals take place near by. very professional, and great to work with.
