Great legal team and lawyer! We really appreciated working with Una for the purchase of our new home in Kelowna. We moved from Vancouver so a lot of the work was done remotely to minimize travel and disruption. Una was great ensuring that all the details were coordinated to ensure our close went smoothly so that we had the access we needed when our movers arrived (earlier than planned). She explained all the contractual details in understandable terms (important for a rural property), and was very personable. Definitely will use Una for any other legal needs we will have, and would recommend her completely.

Why were there hundreds of business cards from your law firm, all belonging to Joni Funk littered in the alley and doctor's parking lot between Lawerence and Leon? It took me over an hour to clean them up yesturday and I'm wondering if maybe you didn't know about this or pretended not to.Either way, I'm not impressed.Very disrespectful to the city and neighboring businesses.Make a mess, clean it up!Just the right thing to do.

Una helped us with the acquisition of our business. If we could give her more than 5 stars we would. She was extremely thorough, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. She drew our attention to things that we had missed, stood up for us and protected our rights. We were thrown for so many loops along the way, and we did not always know who we could trust, so having such a strong advocate it our court was incredible. With the amount of time and attention to detail, I was worried about the bill, but we found it extremely fair when it came. It also seemed like she actually cared about our wellbeing instead of just treating us like a number or a piece of paper. We would highly recommend her and use her again if we ever have need.
