Great place to take the little man for his first haircut! Colette was amazing with my 1 year old allowing him to feel comfortable during his styling. Will be going back and recommending to our friends for sure.

Been here quite a few times in the past but today was my last. Good haircuts but horrible business skills. Booked an appointment for 11 was there at 10:50-11:20 doors locked lights off and no one answering phones so I left upset that this was urgent and went somewhere else. After I leave I get a message saying there was an dog emergency and rescheduled for 1130. Why didn’t they call or text to reschedule before my appointment? Nope just wasting my time and drove all the way from red deer for nothing.

I don’t even know how to describe how amazing our experience with Colette was.My son is a 4 year old autistic kid who has been traumatized by a hair stylist. He is to the point that if he see trimmers or shears he immediately freaks out and wants to run.Colette went above and beyond to reassure my son and myself every step of the way. She was calm, tried multiple distractions, showed him that he was in no danger and was completely safe. He was losing his mind but she stopped, gave him a break, consoled him, distracted him and started again. She was so very patient with him, towards the end of the cut he calmed down a fair bit and was completely fine after it was done. She gave him a mirror and he smiled at his new haircut.It was leaps and bounds different from his previous hair cuts that were traumatizing and the stylist had zero patience for my son.We will be exclusively going to Colette from now on, there are not enough words to describe how truly amazing she is. She is a true gem in this community. 120% recommend her and her work to anyone, especially to people with special needs.

I stopped in on a whim, I thought I would need to make an appointment. Colette invited me to have a seat while she finished up with another client. When she was done, she had me sit in her chair and took the time to talk to me about my hair style and care. We spoke about hair colouring while she was cutting my hair, she said it would take 10 minute to Color my hair if I had the time. Wow! She put the Color on and then cut a gentleman’s hair. Then she washed and rinsed my hair and then she styled it with product and even gave me a bit to take home. Thank you so much Colette. Great service for a modest amount of money. I am almost a senior and she gave me seniors pricing. Highly recommend Colette for men and women.

Absolutely top-notch shave experience! Colette goes above-and-beyond with customer service, has a great sense of humour and is great at her job. The closest shave ever. I'd make the trip from Edmonton just for that again.

Collette does a excellent job of my sons hair. I asked her if she could cut and Colour my hair and she said yes. My hair looks and feels amazing and the price was great. Collette is very knowledgeable and was able to give my curly hair a perfect cut. Collette also offers waxing, massage and tanning. Such a awesome place to go. Thanks Collette
