The worst and most immature costumer service I have ever received. I wish I wrote this review sooner.I used to see Bria at whatyulove and the costumer service was amazing. She was so nice and did a great job. After being away, I had to see her coworker Melanie.Basically, I wasn’t happy with the results. My friend and I were both going to melanie and we found out she told one of our mutual friends that we shaved between appointments and just wanted free waxing, hence why we both complained. She also told her we were rude and late to our appointments (which wasn’t true). To talk bad about your clients to other clients, to then find out what ur esthetician was saying about you, as we were mutual friends with that girl, is extremely disrespectful.I called melanie to speak with her after this incident. She denied everything and was incredibly rude. She proceeded to tell me she wouldn’t take me for appointments anymore. Probably because she was too embarrassed after being called out. Would 100% recommend Bria, but definitely not Melanie.

This place is fabulous! Bria is very nice, extremely professional and does a perfect job every time. Waxing is definitely less painful and the whole experience is worth the price.

RG and Raymond (5 stars) are fantastic barbers. My 1 star does not go for them but for Jeric. He cut 1/3 of my eyebrow off probably by accident. I just did not feel it when he did it, nor do I look/focus on my eyebrows when the haircut is done... I noticed it when I got home and looked in the mirror closely. He did not mention the mistake he did, he just tried to hide it. Mistakes do happen and I would have understood it if he told me. The haircut was good I guess... To be honest, because of this Jeric, I am probably never going to return to this barbershop. I had an important meeting the next day... Please next time be honest about your mistake, I would have forgiven you and still have given you my 33% tip.

The hard wax is the only way to go for bikini. Bria was efficient yet gentle. Would recommend

I had an amazing first experience at this wax bar. Bria is very kind and makes you feel comfortable. The prices are very good for the quality of the service. Plus, she only uses hard wax, which makes it less painful. I will definitely make this my go-to waxing place. Thank you Bria!

Very professional, they actually care about more then just a client they are there to not only make you look good but feel good with the life advise they give. And if you're not down to talk then theres always the TVs you can watch or the chill music they play.
