Amazing valentines night out with my sweetheart! We had the charcuterie board with cheese and chocolate and wine! Very cozy and perfect night out! Amazing staff We will be back!❤

Mad Hatter Wine Bar
Second time at this spot perfectly located off the waterfront boardwalk and it's been great both times. This intimate and vibrant patio is the perfect stop for a good variety of charcuterie and assorted snacks to choose from. The flowers were lovely and it's always nice to see Henry, the fluffy grey cat. Definitely reccomend!

A wine bar in back of a book shop- what a fabulous find! Lovely patio to sit and watch the water while reading a book. They are planning a book and wine pairing event. Sign me up!

If you're traveling through Annapolis Royal you will not be disappointed if you stop by the Matter Wine Bar and Book Shop. As other have said, the charcuterie board is terrific. It's a lovely setting. There's no rush at the Mad Hatter. Enjoy a delicious meal, have a nice chat with the locals, and sip a glass, or two, or three of very nice local wines. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the place. The staff made our visit all the more fun - great people!

Mad Hatter Wine Bar
The charcuterie board was one of the best we have ever had. It was full of so many little treats and paired beautifully with our wine and Prosecco. The patio at sunset was so tranquil.
