They were quick and responsive. Everyone I dealt with was polite and knowledgable. The work was done well, and on time.I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again!

I live in a rural area and often have to pay high service. Fees. My Service company marched me with someone local and waived the call out fees. The first time I called, it was -40 and I lost furnace. They talked me through getting it working no-charge. The second time Ben replaced a furnace part for less than the expected price. The third time he replaced a hose bib that had been installed by the previous owners incorrectly. Ben and My Service Company are always my first call. Make them yours.

Our Maytag air conditioner (12 years old) suddenly quit working July1. We called My Service Company on the 2nd and they said they would call us the next day about when they could come. Called the morning of the 3rd and came out on the 4th. It has been our experience that many companies do not return your calls, so this was a big positive. The technician (Laughlan) was very personable, competent, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything that he did and why he was doing it. Answered any questions we had. The charges were exactly what we had been quoted on the phone. We would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises.

I had an emergency plumbing situation. Someone arrived quickly and remedied the situation. I have used My Service Company several times in the past and have always been happy with the service. I can truly trust them and know that their work will be well done.

We love this company! They give us such peace of mind. We have had to call them in for our furnace, air conditioning and hot water system. They were amazing on all accounts. Their service people are so knowledgeable and always trying to keep the cost of the repair as low as possible. Before we found MyService, we had used other companies because in our newly purchased house our hot water on demand system was way out of whack. None of the other companies could get it to work properly. MyService did a fantastic job on it and every time we have called them in they do the job right the first time! They are awesome!!

This was my first experience with My Service Company. We had a sewer backup problem. I requested an appointment online late in the evening and received an email with an appointment for that day. They spent several hours trying to solve the problem. Returned the next day to continue. Unfortunately it is a bigger problem than we hoped for. My service company were great to deal with, identified the issue and are still supporting us through the next steps. Would highly recommend them

I was having trouble with our furnace, turns out I needed a new furnace. They were there the next day to install the new one and had it done with the other one taken away the same day. The installer ( Lochlan) was very helpful and professional. A few months later there was a minor issue and they were there to help and fix it same day no questions asked. Would recommend them to anyone in need of hvac services and already have.

I called My Service Company at 8am on Monday morning due to no heat in my condo. They were able to get me in, diagnose the problem and have it repaired all my 9:30am! Ben and T’ina are outstanding to deal with. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Highly recommend My Service Company. Tina scheduled Cory immediately to swap out a laundry sink & reconfigure a dryer vent hose. He came out the next morning to replace a toilet & we’re scheduling him for AC & furnace inspection next week. Very professional. Thank you!

Ben and his crew are top notch. They went above and beyond for us installing our new AC unit. 10/10 would recommend.
