Dropped off two winter coats. One was a 600$ Canada Goose jacket to be dry cleaned. When I went to pick up items they informed me the their machine had melted all the buttons and it was my fault it happened. I laughed as I thought they were joking. After they told me regardless I had to pay full price I said based on the damaged I didn’t think that was right. I would pay for the other coat that was done correctly. The wife “I’m assuming” snatched the coat from my hands and told me in order to get my coat back I had to call the police as again it was my fault they melted the buttons as if I was a professional dry cleaner. Police on the way if I can update later I will.

Got a bridesmaids dressed hemmed from here recently. After talking to the other bridesmaids I realize this company is way to pricy (Other bridesmaids even got the dress let out or taken in and it was still cheaper then just my hem)When I asked if she could breakdown the price, just so I could understand why she was charging me so much, when other companies were almost half what I paid. She got extremely defensive and started to raise her voice at me. She was demanding to know where the others got their dresses done and said that the other companies wouldn't do a good job. The day of the wedding comes I put on my dress... And it was still way to long!! So much for doing a better" job."

I've had several alterations done here and some dry cleaning. I'll be coming back with more. Friendly and prompt when I needed a rush job.

Small, family run dry cleaners. Friendly service. Prices are very reasonable. I've had clothes and comforters cleaned. Comforters are carefully folded and packaged in reusable storage bags. Excellent minor repair services. They fixed a ripped seam on a shirt and you can't even find the repair.

Would not recommend. Dropped a suit off to be cleaned, paid cash. The owner failed to write 'Paid' on the receipt, I thought most people paid when they drop it off, so it wouldn't be an issue. I went to pick it up, he insisted that I didn't pay even after I recounted our transaction 3 days ago (he asked me for a nickel so he could give back a loonie in change). Since it was cash and not debit, there was no record of it. Don't come here unless you like paying twice.

Family run, always happy with the service they provide. Nice to know they remember regulars like myself.
